it all started with just a simple, innocent promise. a promise of happily ever afters, of rainbows and unicorns, of love and laughters. a promise to never leave one behind and to always be together forever and ever.

a promise jaejoong holds and cherished dearly.

so when yunho drops the bomb 2 years later about a marriage with some girl by the name of bae irene, jaejoongcouldn’t really help but to freak out.

“you what?!” jaejoong drops the file in his hand and looks at the handsome male in front of him with a hurtful look hidden behind a shock expression. “you proposed? when?! how come i was not informed of this?”

yunho only laughs at jaejoong’s sudden outburst and waves him off nonchalantly.

“relax, jae; nothing is official as of yet. when it is though, i’ll be sure to let you know.” he winks at jaejoong before flashing him his famous grin. “okay?”

but jaejoong never got the chance to answer, because the door to the office suddenly bursts open and steps in the one person jaejoong kind of wished the ground would swallow up whole that very instant.

ms. bae irene runs past kim jaejoong like a cheetah eyeing its prey and threw herself onto a smiling yunho.

“yes, oppa! yes!"
