Welcome to NEOcity. A newly founded city by the worldwide dominating government, SM. A new subdivision has formed this year, NCTzens. This new division is called WayV and is regulated by 7 government officials. NCTzens within China, Japan, and Thailand will also be referred to as Wayzennies. We hope you enjoy your stay because there is no escaping us. Remember, your officials are always watching you, never seen, never heard.
NEOcity was something else. A new city of 600 years wanting to breed a pure society that could only be accomplished by monitoring every citizen. A new city that discriminated anyone outside of its borders. A new city built upon fairness in appearance, talents, and opportunities; anyone who dared to be a deviant was automatically terminated until 7 boys and a mysterious girl challenges its laws.

Foreword
After many late nights of being on the computer and lots of WayV crack videos on YouTube, I decided to write this bad boy! This story is definitely AU based and the poster does not necessarily revolve around Ten and the OC... or does it? This fanfiction is not a spin-off of Divergent either, it is entirely a new world I created. I also intended for this to mainly focus on the WayV members and their bond together as you join their journey, but adding a female OC just adds to the spiciness hehe. I will say, however, there will be sensitive topics discussed such as potential murder, killing, mental illness, and any other graphic images depicted within the fanfiction.
