Chapter 08
Between Tears, Laughters and SmilesI let the cold water run down my face and body as I stepped inside the shower. Images kept on replaying inside my mind and its making me relentless. My hands are already full and I don’t need any extra baggage to think of. But –
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I turned off the shower and quickly went out of the bathroom. I quickly put on my sweatpants and hoodie. I don’t like sweating but I need to make a run to shake off this awful feeling that’s starting to build inside of me.

“You go first D.O.-sshi, I’m staying behind. I’m still not yet that sleepy, I’ll just walk around some more.” She said. She turned around and started to walk away.
“Wait, Hyerin-sshi!” I called her out as I approached her. She stopped and turned to me.
“It’s dangerous to be out alone in the middle of the night, especially you’re a girl. I’ll come with you.” I said.
