Hi guys! Soo.. I'm back with a new story (that hopefully I'll get to finish) and I hope you'll all like and enjoy it! I just listened to some songs and that gave me a warm, fuzzy and non-problematic vibe. Anddd my mind told me to "WRITE A STORY!" so yep, I did what I wanted to do. I will post the chapters soon enough,, and yes, I hope you look forward to it! Anyways, here's a sneak peek:

Yoo Si-jin's POV:

Looking at her again after several years, I felt warm, and guilty. Warm because I've loved her and I still do up until now and I was so happy to see her face after how many years, and guilty because... well, we broke up. We were both at fault, but that doesn't mean that I was responsible for all the hurt.

Suddenly, a memory drifts into his mind, and he reminisces the memories he had.. with her.

“Saranghaeyo.”

Mo-yeon looks at his so-called best friend (or is he just a friend now?), a smile playing on her lips, as she walks ahead of him. The boy pouts and glances at her unbelievably.

Did that yeoja just ignore my confession and walked ahead of me? Me? Yoo Si-jin? Her best friend? The man thinks.

He huffs and stomps both of his feet on the ground like a child in protest. “Wha- Yaaah! Kang Mo-yeon! D-Did you just-”

He can hear her laugh, and that makes him grin selfishly to himself. But still, he grabs her arm but Mo-yeon was still too busy laughing.

 “Why are you laughing?” He’s starting to get annoyed now; actually, half-annoyed since he was also swooning at how he was making her too happy at this moment, right now.

Mo-yeon finally takes pity at him and shakes her head. “Just because. I just found it cute for a man to act like a baby.” 

Si-jin blushes, as he looks at the woman in front of him who is currently grabbing her bag and taking it over her shoulder, ignoring Si-jin’s stare at her. The woman raises her brows in curiosity. “Mwo?”

Si-jin frowns. “Aren’t you going to say it back?” He shifts uncomfortably after looking around his surroundings, and winces. “I’m… I just figured out that I look like a pabo, you know.”

Mo-yeon grins back at him. With much awareness of what she’s planning to do, she tiptoes and plants a gentle kiss on his lips, and he freezes in shock. It seemed like he just turned into a very red tomato, and Mo-yeon giggles.

“Saranghaeyo, Yoo Si-jin.” 

She whispers, and after smirking and seeing what effect her spell has affected upon him, she turns back and skips happily to her house, with a grinning, frozen statue following her from behind.

How he wished he could only turn back time.

Now, he swore to himself that he would do everything in his power to make her fall in love with him again even if it takes years and years to come. He faces her, and Mo-yeon unconsciously shivers. She doesn't like how the determined glint in his eyes  shine whenever she looks at him- and it just made her nervous. It was her ex standing right there in front of her, for goodness sake!

Si-jin cleared and raised his hand to offer a handshake. Mo-yeon warily glanced at him, unaware of what he's been thinking about in his head. He flashes her a boysih smile, and he knows that that specific smile is the one that she loved so much.

Apparently, he grinned wider when he saw that her was slightly nervous. "It's nice to see you, Mo-yeon."

Mo-yeon, the ever-so witty doctor, only nodded her head and flashed him a forced smile. Urrghhh, why is he acting like this??? It's slightly making her a bit uncomfortable, but she can't help but curse a part of her that's celebrating in secrecy. "It's... also nice to see you, Atty. Yoo."

She's acting with such formality that she happened to take a glimpse of Si-jin's eyes that stared at her with hurt. She took a step away and bowed in respect.

But one statement made her stop in her tracks.

"Can I... court you again?"

And that's when her world seemed to stop, too.

Yoo Myeong-joo and Seo Dae-young were childhood friends. Myeong-joo have always harbored feelings for the man; but she was too nervous to tell him. Dae-young is Myeong-joo and Si-jin's best friend, and he also felt the same for Myeong-joo, but somehow they got out of college together without being in a relationship with each other.

Now, let's fast foward to the future! Yoo Myeong-joo was the famous attorney's cousin (and this famous attorney is Yoo Si-jin), and Dae-young is a doctor, Mo-yeon's drinking buddy, bodyguard (not literally, he's just her personal bodyguard from fans), and stepcousin.

These two souls happened to always bump into each other and fall in love as they try their best to make their best friends fall in love with each other as well. It wouldn't be that hard, they guessed.

Well, as the author, I hope they guessed right.
