one. only muns and muses eighteen years old and above are allowed to be part of this roleplay DUE TO ITS POTENTIAL MATURE THEMES. YOU ARE WELCOME To age up characters up to four years. if you want to age down, they must be at least eighteen years old or older. 

two. FOR NOW, WE ONLY ACCEPT CELEBRITIES THAT ARE ACTIVE IN THE KOREAN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY. ig models ARE ALLOWED only if THEIR AGE AND FULL NAME are AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUTUBERS, INFLUENCERS, CELEBRITIES WHO ARE MARRIED, THOSE WHO ARE CLOSELY RELATED TO SERIOUS EVENTS/SCANDALS SUCH AS THE BURNING SUN SCANDAL AND THOSE WHO don't want to be rp'ed. A LIST of banned fcs CAN BE FOUND IN THE FOREWORD,

three. CHARACTER CHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONCE A MONTH WHILE TCCS ARE NOT ALLOWED. 

four. SINCE WE ARE A SEMI-LIT rp and relaxed rp. the only thing WE LIKE TO ASK of OUR future and current MEMBERS is that they PUT SOME EFFORT IN THEIR REPLIES. ONE LINERS ARE UNACCEPTABLE in public threads and will result in a warning. please give the same effort your partner is giving.

five. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE TWO CHARACTERS SO LONG AS YOU SHOW ACTIVITY ON FIRST ACCOUNT. SECOND CHARACTERS MAY BE APPLIED FOR AFTER THREE WEEKS. BY THEN, YOU SHOULD HAVE  YOUR FIRST CHARACTER'S BIO READY AND HAVE SHOWN ENOUGH ACTIVITY. ADMINS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE An APPLICATION SHOULD WE SEE YOUR ACTIVITY NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. YOUR SECOND AND FIRST CHARACTER CAN'T BELONG TO THE SAME GROUP AS WELL.

six. ACTIVITY CHECKS HAPPEN EVERY MONTH. SEMI HIATUSES LAST FOR TWO WEEKS WHILE FULL HIATUSES LAST FOR a month. WE WILL ALSO DO RANDOM ACTIVITY CHECKS TO DISCOURAGE MUSE HOGGING. INACTIVITY FOR 2 weeks  WILL GET YOU A WARNING AND IF IT ISN'T ANSWERED WITH 48 HOURS, IT WILL LEAD TO YOUR KICK OUT. YOU CAN ONLY APPLY AGAIN AFTER THREE DAYS.

seven. REGAL HAS A POINTS SYSTEM IN PLACE TO MIMIC THE ACT OF THE PUBLIC VOTING FOR THEIR FAVORITE CONTESTANTs. THEY WILL GAIN CERTAIN PERKS AND SURPRISES. IT CAN BE IC OR OOC PRIVILEGEs,

eight. WE UNDERSTAND THAT CLIQUES WILL EVENTUALLY FORM REGARDLESS of it being a bad thing BUT PLEASE DO MAKE AN EFFORT TO INCLUDE EVERYONE. GODMODDING, METAGAMING, POWERPLAYING ARE not allowed. this will result in a strike and if abused will lead to immediate kick out.

ten. we have a three strike system. if you receive three strikes, you will be automatically kicked out from the rp and will be put on the blacklist especially for repeated offenses. always be respectful and kind to both the membes and admins. if you have a problem, resolve it amongst yourselves outside of the rp. the admins will only step in if it is related to the rp.
