Why do they always have to be at the airport so damn early?

Why does the airport’s A/C blast out cold air like they need to be in a meat locker?

Irene may never know. She only knows one thing – she’s freezing and she currently hating it here. Okay, two things.

Even walking around the interior of the airport, she couldn’t seem to warm up.

Where is she?

I need to find her.

Just as she was glancing around, she found the one she was looking for.

 Despite having her hands full with so many bags. Despite being masked up and barely recognizable. Irene knew those honeyed brown eyes and they understood her back.

Irene fast walked to the smiling Olaf with outreached arms. Wendy was ready for her.

 It was magnetic the way they could always fit into the perfect hug. Feeling her personal heater’s arms wrapped around her and their hands slowly run up and down her back, the shivering bunny could finally feel the long-awaited warmth slowly seep in.

Content. Irene couldn’t help but let out a pleased sigh and cling to Wendy harder. If it was up to her, she could be in this embrace till the end of time.
