Description

Foreword
Falling Apart is a continuation of For You Now. It wasn't really planned from the beginning, but this turened out to be a good plot to continue Chanbaek's story some years after everything that had happpened to them in the first part.

I will do my best to make this story easy to understand even for the ones who don't want to start with the first part, I don't want to force anybody into reading my fanfictions... Lol, I am so sorry!!
