I'm dying. I've been for awhile now. 

2024 is the year and I have one dying wish. 

And that is to fill the blank spaces in my notebook.

“So based on last week’s session, I know you are depressed,” Doctor Lee Jeno, my therapist said and I tried my hardest not to scoff.

“Bro, I’m dying,” was all I said.

“I asked you last week to come up with hobbies,” Jeno said, clearing his throat and I know that he was going by the book. If someone is depressed, you tell them to distract themself. “And you said you already had one.”

"Yes, I write stories," I told him, passing him a notebook. 

"About what?" he asked, shifting through the papers.

"About all of you."

I decided to do what I wanted to do. I had to at least get it all on paper so maybe when I'm buried six feet under the ground, the stories will still physically exist. I crept up to the side of the cafe trying to get a good look at Kim Doyoung. I have drawn him before and everyone had their own story except him-- why? 

Because he was never seen with a girl. 

I saw him typing away on his laptop, his eyes strained on the screen. He looked exactly like how he did when he was back in university, just older. Maybe a bit more professional. I made a mental note in my head, wondering if he was dating anyone. 

The last story has to be his. 

I scribbled down on a paper when I looked up to see that he was no longer in the cafe. Where did he go? His laptop was gone and so was his coffee.

"Are you following me?" a voice asked from behind me and I whipped my head around to see Kim Doyoung stare pointedly at me. 

Busted.

It has been a while since I felt this way, dreading the inevitable. I knew it was coming but slowly; step by step, I was beginning to smile. My phone rang and I answered it, hearing my therapist's voice on the other side. 

"Hello?" he asked before asking me how the day with Kim Doyoung went. 

"Jeno," I said, pausing. My eyes brewed with tears and before I could stop myself, I was sobbing. "Doctor Jeno."

"What's wrong?" he asked. 

"I don't want to die."
