Foreword
--Jimin--
"Namjoon hyung still sleeping?" Jimin asked as he went into the kitchen to help set up the table with Taehyung and Jungkook.
"mmm" Jin hummed in response as he's setting his pot of soup to a boil for another couple minutes before taking it off.
"The guy has had it tough these past months. He needs rest." Yoongi responded giving Hoseok the pan so he can plate it while he begins to stir fry some vegetables.
"Yeah..." Taehyung sighed.
"Love really brings out the side of us we didn't know exist eh?" Hoseok said grinning widely.
"It's...complicated." Yoongi chuckles.
"How's Jieun by the way? Is she coming over?" Taehyung asked as he set down the plate Hoseok handed over.
"She was going to, but got caught up on work." Jimin pouted.
Jungkook raised an eyebrow at his hyung and shivered, "Will that be me when I date? Love struck and hopeless when they're not around?"
Hoseok came and put his arm aroung the younger man shooting him a huge grin, "You'll understand once you experience it."
"It's the best thing Jungkookie. Once it's here, cherish it." Taehyung added. Jungkook shrugged, "I'll be the last one to date. I want to focus on work first."
"That's what I thought too," Jimin responded setting down the last spoon on the table "--But she came and it was like my world just changed colours."
"Changed to black and white?" Jin said while cracking out in laughter as the others burst out as well.
"Hyung!" Jimin defended, "You're the one thats living in black and white right now."
"Am I?" Jin wiggled his eyebrows continuing to tease the younger one.
The door bell rang admist the laughter and Jungkook went to grab the door.
"Noona! You're all here!" He greeted all of them happily and was surprised to see Yeonah at the door as well.
"I thought you were going to stay at your mom's?" They asked seeing Yeonah.
"I couldn't leave my husband alone." She replied while the rest smiled happily knowing Namjoon was missing her the whole day. "Namjoon's sleeping," Yoongi said pointing to their shared bedroom.
"I'll go get him." She smiled and rushed towards the room in hopes of surprising him and surely she did.
As the girls took their seats, Jimin's phone rang. His face stiffened at the name appearing on it; his face cold and expressionless.
"Aren't you going to get that?" Hoseok asked as his gaze turned away from his wife to Jimin.
"Oh? oh." He mumbled and held it to his ear. "Hello?" He answered eyeing and walked away from the others to the living room for some privacy. "Why are you calling?" His voice changed cold after he got away from s. "I told you not to call me."
"And I told you not to ignore me." The other person on the other end responded with a scoff.
Jimin sighing heavily and rubbed his forehead with his hand in frustration, "Please leave me--"
"She knows."
Just two words and he knew his world had fallen apart. "What did you tell her?!" He yelled shocking the members who were happily chit chatting, their faces all turned to a frantic Jimin pacing back and forth.
"Jimin, what's wrong?" They called him but he ignored everyone; he couldn't hear anything but his own heart beating against his chest as if it was starved of blood.
"Jieun?" He called her but was greeted by her voicemail. "..." He ran over to the couch and grabbed his jacket along with the car keys.
"Where are you going?!" The members yelled after him.
"I need to go hyung. Don't wait for me," He answered slipping on his shoes.
"You okay?"
"I--I don't know." His voice trembled reaching for the door. They stood still watching Jimin rushing out of the house.
"Jieun ah!" Jimin called out when he reached her apartment. "Jieun ah! open the door! Babe! Please open the door, let me in." He pounded the door and he heard shuffling from inside.
The door opened revealing a tired looking Jieun; her hair was a mess, eyes puffy from crying. "What do you want?" She managed to say, her voice hoarse from all the crying.
"Jieun, baby. Listen to me, it's all a misunderstanding. I wasn't expecting you to find out this way. You have to believe me." He reasoned but she wasn't having it.
"How else was I suppose to find out? Were you going to keep me in the dark? Until when Park Jimin?" He couldn't respond, he didn't have an answer. He never thought that far and he's currently mentally beating himself for not even thinking about it.
"I think we should give ourselves a break." She replied and Jimin shook his head frantically.
"No babe. I don't want to."
"I don't deserve you. Park Jimin, thanks for everything." With that she closed the door on him; falling to the ground and crying silently.
"Jieun ah! Please, just listen to me." He begged, tears falling down his cheeks. How did things get to this point when they were just so happy before this.
