Chapter 1: i'm sorry it took me this long to read this but i personally feel like i read it in the right time, when i'm in need of a pick-me-up. and god what a pick-me-up this lovely work manages to be.

chaewon's heart is cute. i like how it identified chaewon's cowardice, as well as the moments she chose to take courage. the bit about chaewon calming down before returning to yena and yet her heart still celebrating till she fell asleep was really clever. it conveyed how chaewon appeared calm on the outside but still bursting on the inside in a way i haven't seen done before; it's just so. unique. left an impression on me, really.

yenjoo being the supportive but teasing friends are so lovely i'd hug you for writing them LIKE ("no," yena comforts, "/everyone/ thinks you're weird." THIS JUST REALLY PICTURES THE DYNAMIC I LOVED OF SSAMYEN.)

and just. just the way the little moments of ssbb that you let us see? their dates? their 6 months, then 8, then to the moment chaewon let hitomi feel her heart and hitomi just getting it? absolute cutest. i love this. i love you.
