Description
My throat constricts, my nose burning as the air in my lungs slowly diminishes. The dark blue water me in slowly, I’m not too far from the surface but I don’t feel like swimming anymore. I had been drowning my whole life and this time I think it was time I gave up.

The title is in Japanese, the romaji is Kitto Mata Aeru. In English it means, Surely, We'll Meet Again.
Here's a break down of the title:
きっと - kitto (surely)
また - mata (in this sentence また is used as again)
会える - aeru (to meet)
All together it means 'We'll surely meet again' or 'Surely, we'll meet again.'
This oneshot was named after a portion of the lyrics in the song 'Infinite Loop' by Heidi, which is a Japanese song that served as the ending theme to the anime Kaichou wa Maid-sama. The portion of said lyrics appears around 1:40 in the video.
