It’s almost one month since Jiyong and Seunghyun stay together at Hyorin’s place when Youngbae goes to New York for dance competition. Hyorin and Jiyong had a conversation at her room while drinking some beer before going to sleep while Seunghyun still at work.

“Btw next week Youngbae will comes back here.” Hyorin started the conversation

“Yeah.” Jiyong replied briefly

“After he get back home you can get back to Dara’s place. Don’t you miss her?” she asked

“I’m not, why should I? She even doesn’t care when I stay at your place nor contact me to ask about how’s my doing.” Jiyong’s tone of voices filled with bitterness

“Huh, really!? Is she get mad because of you stay at my place? But back then she doesn’t have any objection.” Hyorin feels a slightly sorry feeling for Jiyong and Dara

“I don’t know but surely, she worries about Seunghyun hyung more rather than me. Furthermore, she said whether I’m be with her or not it doesn’t do any different for her.” Jiyong stated plainly

“Jiyong-ah, she did say that just to not makes Seunghyun-ssi worried about her. I think she just doesn’t want to makes him change his mind because of her.” she reassured him while squeeze his hands to cheer him up

“Yeah, whatever I don’t care.”

When they talking about Seunghyun, Jiyong suddenly remembered about something that happened between him around a few days ago.

Flashback

Jiyong just wakes up while Hyorin take a bath. He went to the dining room and happened to see some documents on the table. He takes a look briefly before he heard someone comes in from front door and place it back at the table

“I forget my documents. Do you happened to see it?” Seunghyun asked him

“You’ve means this?” Jiyong takes the document at the table and show it to him

“That’s correct. Give it to me.”

“Hyung, do you take an av artist case?” Jiyong asked while give it to him

“So you did take a look on my documents.” He said

“I don’t’ intend to but It’s scattered on the table so yeah, I did take a peek.” Jiyong admit

“Well, it’s because I’m in hurry but you’re right. it’s my fault too for carelessly place the important documents without care.”

“Did you happened to interrogate the guy that harassed Hyorin about the av artist case that you’ve worked on?” he asked

“Why do you ask?”

“I’m just afraid that you will get convinced by him about Hyorin was an ex av artist. Like she said before, that guy mistaken her as another person.” Jiyong try to looks casual as to not let Seunghyun get suspicious of him

“I’m not that easy. He can’t convince me with just his words unless he can provide me with something else that certain enough for me to worked on this case.” He gives Jiyong a meaningful look while the latter try to looks calm but inside, he feels nervous

“Is that so? Well, good luck with your case then. I hope you doing well.” Jiyong pats his shoulder while walking passed him towards the kitchen

End of flashback

“Right, I don’t have time to think about Dara cold treatment towards me. I must keep an eye at Seunghyun hyung as he recently investigated an av artist suicide case. I should warn Hyorin about it.” Jiyong thought to himself

“Hyorin-ah, that’s not important now. Listen, you must keep your guard on when you’re with Seunghyun hyung.” Jiyong tells her

“What do you mean?” Hyorin looks puzzled

“He’s now working on an av artist case. I saw the documents briefly that one of the av artist commit a suicide and left some evidence about her agency that makes poor and orphan young girls to be an av artist against their will.”

Hyorin got stunned for a moment and turned pale out of blue.

“You afraid that his investigation will end up with him knowing about our past?” she finally talk

“Exactly, so don’t let your guard down. We already ended it long time ago, there’s no need to get involved with it again.” Jiyong reminds her

“Yeah, I’m agree with you.”

“Btw I’m surprised that you still keep the swimsuit that you give to Chaerin.” Jiyong said

“You went along with the kids to the beach too? I thought the one who comes along with them are Seunghyun-ssi and Park Bom.” Hyorin said

“Yeah, it should be them but Bom was hospitalized at that time so I’m the one that accompany Seunghyun hyung instead of her.” Jiyong explains

“Was seeing Chaerin wearing it makes you reminisce about me in the past?” she teasing him

“Of course not, she isn’t you. I thought you already throw that swimsuit away.” Jiyong replied right away

“I find it when I packing my things for moving out to a bigger apartment with Youngbae. I truly forget about it and when I decided to throw it away, I happened to meet Chaerin on her way to buy a swimsuit so I thought rather than I throw it away it’s better to give it to her. It can save her money too.”

“Knowing their financial isn’t that good you did the right things.” Jiyong
