They are walking through their favorite park that one beautiful day, just as the sun is setting on the horizon, painting the once clear blue skies with a hue of red.

Minjoo grasps Hitomi’s thin hand, locking their fingers together, not too loose and not to tight—just enough for her to be assured that Hitomi won’t easily run away without her in tow. She has her body walking close to her, enjoying the rapidly cooling air as night approaches.

It’s romantic and calming. The park is designed for people who are in love. For hopeless romantics such as Minjoo and Hitomi, walking through this park is something that they enjoy. They even do this at least twice a month, whenever they decide to settle for an easy Sunday morning.

Hitomi suddenly looks up, pointing at the setting sun. Minjoo automatically turns her head, stopping her steps when Hitomi stops to lean over the railing of the flower-decorated railings. There’s a small smile on the blonde’s lips, a hint of nostalgia is clear on her warm brown eyes.

“We used to watch the sunset together when we were young.”

“Yes,” Minjoo nods, agrees.
