Espresso Shots“You’re on my seat.”
Minjoo raises her head at the tug on her sleeve. Blinking her eyes at the sight of the blonde girl standing beside her, leaning on one leg and crossing her arms on her chest, she unplugs the earphones on her ear and raises an eyebrow.
“Yes?”
The girl sighs. “That’s my seat,” she patiently says, uncrossing her arms to tap on Minjoo’s table. “You’re sitting on my seat.”
“No, it’s not.”
“Yes, it is. Look at the board.”
Sparing only a brief look at the board in front of the class, Minjoo scoffs, smirking as she rolls her shoulders. “And according to that board, I sit here.”
“You’re supposed to seat near the window,” Hitomi, her supposed seatmate, stresses out through gritted teeth. Minjoo can recognize the tell-tale signs of someone losing their patience. “I, on the other hand, sit here.”
Minjoo knows that she’s in the wrong after taking another quick glance at the board, but Hitomi usually has a limitless patience towards everyone. Everyone excluding Kim Minjoo.
At least, that’s how she feels.
