In January of 2013, Pledis Entertainment started a livestream series that followed the lives of 17 trainees called 17TV. Over the course of two years, trainees have come and gone, and Pledis ended up debuting 13 males that formed the first self-composing idol group SEVENTEEN.
A little over 6 months later, Pledis did it all over again; but with females. This live series was called 16TV. In August of 2019, 12 females debuted as SIXTEEN, and were named SEVENTEEN's sister group.
As if it is now a tradition, Pledis decided to do the project all over again; though it will be a little different from this time around. Pledis along with the SEVENTEEN and SIXTEEN leaders all unanimously agreed to create TEEN:AGE Media; a subdivision of the company specifically for the Teen:Age Program, a program for trainees to document their trainees experiences and self compose their music.
The program will start in 2020, documenting the full process in creating Pledis' first co-ed group, TWOTEEN.
Oh look, Jac is back with another applyfic; how rare of them! Anygays, I have been REALLY into Seventeen nowadays, and idk their predebut stream stuff is just so interesting to me, so that's why I made Sixteen. I got inspired by Omomodo's SLJK program and buttfluff's EVG program to continue the SVT x SXT saga, so huge shoutouts to them!
Chapter 5: That's sad, but I do understand losing motivation
you'll be seeing my lovely lady and gentledude again when the revamp and new boy fic are up!
Chapter 4: I'm glad you like Tai! The only reason there's so much "why aren't they twelve" in the app is because Tai is going to do nothing but mess up their name LOL he struggles, he struggles. but this is my baby and so I'm happy you like him!
yes god sejeong INDEED i love her to bits too!!!
i love haru and sk tgt too... they’re two lowkey chaotic people but would definitely banter 24/7 with haru’s wit and sk’s sass HSKSJSKSJS
her scandaldjsksjs pledis seems more forgiving of scandals as compared to other agencies, which can be the reason why she wasn’t completely cancelled!
and also bc it was a thing of the past so i can see knetz being more willing to let go of it
Chapter 3: okay so, just for clarification, the boys and girls would at least kind of know Hoshi, Woozi, S.Coups and the SIXTEEN leaders? like as mentors or something?
Chapter 4: Thanks for the review!
Siyeon doesn’t directly brag about her success, it’s more of their parents constantly praising her to the skies that annoys Miyeon.
