That's how a relationship should work.

Shuhua and Soojin had been together for 3 years, they've seen each other fall apart and grow. They were there for each other.

Or at least that's what Shuhua believed in.

Shuhua's currently lying on her bed, crying herself to sleep.

Her birthday, Soojin chose to stay in her office all day and night long with her co-workers making Shuhua left alone in their shared place.

And today, their anniversary. Soojin's nowhere to be found.

Or she might have seen her with some other girl earlier, all sweets and smiles.

"how was I so stupid?" she asks herself as she tried to wipe her tears away.

"I was the one who always cared for her." she said.

"the one who was always there for her."

"but who was there for me?" she bitterly chuckled at that.

"right, no one." her tears continued to flow.

How was she so blind?

Soojin never showed she cared.

3 years. 3 years were just all Shuhua loving and giving her all for Soojin.

But that's how love is, right? You give and give, with no conditions.

And Shuhua felt stupid for believing that all these years.

She's actually seen the signs years ago.

She's known it years ago.

But she chose to shrug it off. And now, she's facing the consequences.

Love is not just about giving, love should also be a series of give and take.

And all Shuhua did was give while all Soojin did was take.

3 years. It took her that long to finally realize her worth.

Closing her eyes, she just lets her tears fall.

Hoping for a peace of mind when she wakes up.
