TAEHYUNG POV

"Taehyung, there's someone here to see you." Seokjin said through the speaker phone.

I looked over from my computer, pressing the button. "Who is it?" I asked.

"I'm not sure you really want me to say." He replied.

I groaned, rubbing my forehead with my hand. I had been in meetings for most of the morning, I've barely been in the office for an hour now. "Fine. Send them in." I answered, standing up to put my suit jacket on and stand in front of my desk.

Moments later the door opened, Jungkook walked through. I felt all my muscles tense up, what could he possibly be doing here?

The door closed, leaving just the two of us in here. "You sure you wanna do that? Nari isn't around to save you this time." I warned.

He narrowed his eyes at me, he looked like and it about made me laugh. "I could say the same to you." He replied.

I folded my arms over my chest, staring him down. "They must not be paying you close to what I was, at least under me you dressed halfway decent." I smiled.

I saw his jaw clench. "What you did was illegal Taehyung, you were a criminal then, and you still are, aren't you?" He asked, challengingly.

I raised a brow. "Oh, is that so? Is this a fact or something that you need to tell yourself? Because I'd be careful if I were you, you're walking on thin ice." I kept my voice even.

"You tell me, you're still in contact with Namjoon, correct?" He asked.

I lifted my shoulder. "He told me to call you a little next time I saw you." I grinned, putting my finger up to my lips. "But that's between two friends talking… Little Piggy."

He stepped closer to me, his face inches from mine. "You wanna know a secret I've kept from you all these years? It's a little funny.." He paused, snickering. "Nari knew who I was the entire time, did she say anything to you? She was trying to get rid of you, just like I was."

I felt a weird tingling sensation all throughout my body, my heart pounded in my chest. He was lying. He had to be. 

I felt like I couldn't breath, my vision blurred.

When I came to, Seokjin was holding me back and I was panting, Jungkook lay on the floor of my office, still breathing, his blood staining the beige carpet, my knuckles on my right hand ached. "You good?!" Seokjin asked, panic in his voice.

I let my body relax so he would let go. "Yeah, I'm good." I shook my hand, and looked at it to see the damage, each of my knuckles were split open and bleeding, but I couldn't tell which was his and which was mine.

Seokjin took care of Jungkook and called an ambulance while I sat down in my chair and lit up a cigarette, taking a long drag and letting the smoke out slowly as I tried to call down.
