Personality

Lay is known to be very soft hearted with the trainees, but also a little bit slow in understanding social etiquette. He is said to be very curious of other worlds, spends his time learning about the anatomy of both creatures and men. He doesn’t understand other people’s jokes but laughs at his own. People would often see him in the infirmary with dead bodies of creatures for he spends his time also making potions and experimenting with spells as well as developing his healing ability.

                                                                                        Lay was a farmer’s son, resided in the outskirts of Soul City. He had a hard life growing up, always being bullied due to their poverty. At the age of 14, he decided to leave his family and traveled to the Heart of the City in order to train to be a peacemaker. Upon looking at Lay, the head of the Peacemakers refused to take him in, thinking that he wouldn’t be any good. It was heard that Lay knelt down in front of his house for 3 days, rain and shine without food and water in order to gain his trust.
