The night before, Mark had asked her the most shocking question: "Soo, would you like to go out on a date with me?"

Truly, she had never expected the male to ever say anything along those lines. Frankly, she is an ordinary girl; what makes her think someone like him would even care about her? However, the universe must be on her side because things seemed to be going well. Soojung actually never asked for this either; to develop feelings for someone was definitely not what she had prioritized. Although she wasn't eagerly looking for someone to fall for, that doesn't mean it was inevitable for her to meet someone like Mark.

Soojung would like to curse Mark for making her feel some type of way ever since the first time they began spending time with each other. Even Felix was surprised to hear about how she is incredibly fond of Mark. As her best friend, Felix just knows that Mark was different. It takes a lot for someone to manage to catch her eye. soojung doesn't just simply give away some of her time and energy for anyone. And so, the fact that Mark earned a single ounce of her time and attention made Felix confident that his friend had truly fallen for the male.

So, here she is, sitting inside NCT127's van. The only people in the vehicle were their manager and herself. The manager had met up with her in her apartment building with instructions to be her source of transportation. Mark was over the moon last night after she accepted his offer to take her on a date and his manager, along with his other members, heard the news. Lucky for him, his manager was actually supportive of him. Currently, they agreed to not let the public grow suspicious of their friendship and possibly potential relationship. 

Honestly, Mark didn't even inform her where her destination is. And so, when the van stopped and she finally arrived at the destination, she was shocked to see that she was in front of the company building. "I'll help you sneak in, alright? Just follow me." She heard the manager instruct her.

Entering SM's building wasn't too bad; they simply slipped into the building, trying their best to hide her identity. Mark's manager had guided her up to an empty meeting room. "He'll be here soon. He just has an interview to finish up." Soojung nodded in response, watching the older male step out of the room. Her eyes scanned the new setting she was in. The room was white and plain. She sat at the large meeting table. Everything was quite plain and boring for her to look at.

It was close to half an hour before Mark finally stepped into the room. Her head snapped back, staring at him the moment the door cracked open. "I'm so sorry for taking longer than usual."

She grinned at him, reassuring him that things were fine. "It's all good. You were working."

The male placed down two large bags onto the table as he sat down beside her. "Thank you for being okay with the fact that we can't go out in public. I'm really sorry." Even then, she still smiled at him, "It's no problem, I understand."

Seeing just how understanding she was warmed his heart. A wide grin formed as he began to happily take out the numerous take out boxes for their dinner. They were having a private sushi date and Soojung honestly t
