Description
In the era of nineteen nineties, love marriages were as rare as a glimpse of sun in the winter, the touch of soft snow in summer.
When Baekhyun realized he was in love with his childhood best friend Munhee, he had already foreseen the outcome and consequences of his unrequited love in the future. But that did not, could not stop him from loving her more.
He didn't love her because he was certain there would be a way to have her, he just loved her because he loved to love her.
He still loved her the day she came to invite him on her wedding.
He would still love her when she'd finally walk down the aisle to become someone else's in front of the whole world, in front of his own eyes.
Because this was how one sided loves were supposed to work in their time.
Foreword
So this is like a parallel universe of my other fic "Heal me ", where the lead characters Baekhyun and Munhee lives in the nineties, and are childhood friends. Here, Baekhyun is deeply in love with Munhee, but in that era, love marriages are considered as major nuisances, here marriages of the kids are more of the parent's business.
Also, it is kind of a prequel to the story " Heal me" if you see it that way. You don't need to read Heal me to understand this story, but HM readers would be effected more by reading this. Warning!!
