So this is our story.

Just from reading the title, the first question that pops up to most peoples’ minds is this:

Is it really possible to stay friends with an EX?

According to a poll in 2004, 48% of the people surveyed said they have remained friends with their exes, while 18% of those said they’ve tried but didn’t make it work.

Truth be told when we got together again we’d be lying if we say it just took a minute of awkwardness, because it only took a second.

Yes, among our friends we definitely have the most (ehem), the only bragging rights when it comes to having the ‘best break up’. We really did. Like they say, not every couple out there can achieve this post-split Nirvana.

I guess we were both lucky in a way, right?

It had always been a good start for us, having known each other since kids until we grew apart in wondering towards our own paths. But we were always supportive, so this puts us to the story we are about to share-- the perks and not-so-perks of having your EX as a roommate.
