Joohyun was drinking some tea when her phone started buzzing uncontrollably. She sets the drink down and checks what notification could possibly be this urgent that her phone had to buzz profusely.

"The world is not in your books and maps. It's out there."

A chuckle escaped her lips when she saw the text was from Junmyeon. 

"Your obsession with the hobbit franchise isn't healthy anymore." She texted back.

He was going to come up with a snarky reply, she was sure of it. 

"Adventure is out there. Do you want to go on an adventure with me?"

As she was about to type in her reply, he called.

"Get dressed, we're going somewhere."

"Woah easy, bud. Where exactly are we going? It's literally 1 AM."

"Look down."

She looked ay her window and saw him waiting at his truck, clad in a brown sweater and some jeans. He had some bags at the back of his truck. 

"You know, if you trusted me, you wouldn't have to ask!"

She was baffled by his exclamation and playfully feigned her hurt but the excitement was not leaving her voice, anytime soon.

"I didn't say that. Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise. You'll love it."

"Fine. I'll be there in 5."
