- I think I'm in love with Shuhua.

Soojin said to Minnie with a shaky voice while squeezing the front of her shirt, afraid she could pass out from nervousness. It was the first time she was talking about it out loud and the sound of those words arranged in a sentence was terrifying, though inevitable. But she couldn't deny her feelings anymore and needed to take that weight from her shoulders.

A few nights before, Shuhua appeared in Soojin's room, smiling despite the advanced hour and her sleepy face. She was ready to shower her with love. And she had been doing this for at least a week now. Even if Soojin only called for her on the first night she continued doing so and that became a kind of secret routine for them, what made Soojin realize how dependent she was on the other woman. When Shuhua was around, everything seemed to be at the right place, and admitting that to herself made something change inside of her, a beast that could only be tamed by one person. Only Shuhua had the power to make Soojin feel comfortable enough to show her true self.

After she confessed to Minnie, Soojin kept trembling as she observed her friend beelining at her direction, putting her hands on her cheeks, a bad imitation of a shocked expression on her face.

- Oh my god, should I pretend I didn't know?

Minnie's response came in the form of a splash of cold water to Soojin, who almost fell from her bed with the shock. She had called the older over to confess her troubles and didn't expect that reaction at all. Was she that obvious? Had the others noticed it too? And why didn't anyone tell her? Why did they left her lie to herself for so long?

Noticing the confusion on the younger's face, Minnie kept talking:

- I see the way you look at her. Took you long enough to realize it.

Minnie said in a teasing tone.

In a mix of embarrassment and relief, Soojin felt her face blushing hard and looked down, too aware of herself to bare the eye contact. Although she felt better for sharing her secret with someone, that didn't mean her troubles were solved. She still had to figure out how to act around Shuhua. Now she was totally aware of her feelings, she found hard to be next to her without having a nervous breakdown.

- What should I do? Unnie, I'm so confused.

Soojin left out in a sigh, still looking at her feet. Minnie smiled and went silent for a while.
