Baekhyun entered High School, It was after years he was going to be in the same school as Chanyeol, who was in his last year of Highschool, Chanyeol was quite excited to have the smaller and him go together , like the old times, when the older had met the Baekhyun for the first time. On the other hand, Baekhyun was a little anxious but he was trying not to kill Chanyeol’s hype, If he were to be honest, he was quite terrified, he was never good with huge changes in life, well he cannot do anything as that’s life and he cannot be middle- school drop out.

Kyungsoo had come over at the Parks as he would once in a while, usually to drag Baekhyun out of his home zone , Today was quite different they were just hanging out , Chanyeol was busy with some after classes .Meanwhile, Chanyeol’s step mom had prepared some snacks and juice for them, Kyungsoo noticed the little awkward vibe around Baekhyun, he was spacing out frequently, when he decided to dig into the matter.

“What’s up with you today” interrupted Kyungsoo

“Hmm?” they had been playing a video game which Kyungsoo agreed to after rolling his eyes and a round of  convincing from Baekhyun’s side

“Nothing, Oh I am good at this , but I just let you win”

“No, I mean you seem off, Is something bothering you” continued Kyungsoo

“Umm …No”  Baekhyun responded

“Okay.. that took you a while to answer”

‘Is my face that obvious’ Baekhyun thought to himself

“Kyungsoo-ya, Lets focus on the game” he stated in attempts to turn his friend’s attention back to the game

After three rounds of Kyungsoo winning the game, Frustated him further but he didn’t express as its not as fun as teasing Sehun, more like Kyungsoo will smack him.

“Okay , Something is up .. come on tell me ..You wouldnt let me win just like that”

“Actually..I’m worried about Highschool”

“Okay, you means studies will become harder and you won’t have time and stuff”

“No, I don’t want to go to Highschool”

“Oh Ohkay, that’s a little odd , But why ?”

“I’m scared”

“Aigoo, It will be alright Baek”

Baekhyun rubbed his face a little before pushing hair of his face

“Kyungsoo- ah, I don’t want to be bullied …”

“What ? who bullied you ,In middle school?”
“No … I wasn’t , but in the beginning , I was in my old school some of them are seniors in this Highschool..”

“Do you want to go to some other highschool?”

“Maybe, but I don’t want to disappoint Hyung, he was very excited about the whole same school thing”

“Well he is a giant human he can weird with his reactions … but you try talking to him”

“Ok”

“But Baekhyun-ah, I’ll be there with you the whole time and you know don’t begin with the thought that someone will bully you , don’t worry my friend” stated Kyungsoo patting on his crossed ankles as they were sitting down , between Chanyeol’s and Baekhyun’s bed

Later that night, anxiety took a little toll on the smaller he had a few motions , before slumped on his bed after having one cup of corn soup for dinner .

Chanyeol reached home after dinner hours found Baekhyun plopped on his bed on his tummy , he quickly freshened up to check on the smaller one

“Hey Baek” he kneeled beside Baekhyun gently rubbing the youngers lower back

“Oh Hyung , you home” he murmured

“Hmm, Dad told me”

“Did you had medicine ?”

“Yes”

“What happened, did u have something spicy ?”

The smaller shook his head in response, Chanyeol sat beside the youngers bed for a late night revision, he would study and talk a little .

Baekhyun wanted to bring up why he was anxious, the worry of how Chanyeol would react was eating him up.

“Baek, I gonna sleep if you need anything let me know hmm” said Chanyeol stretching from Baekhyun’s study table side

“Hyung …Um ..”

“Hmm”

Chanyeol bent to come to eye level with the smaller who was on his stomach ,softly rubbing his back .

“Hyung, I’m scared”

Chanyeol was confused for split second before he spoke , Baekhyun continued “of being bullied”

His hyung gestured him to shift before lying beside him , face to face  he brushed his hands through smaller’s  hair out of habit who blinked away the tears which were gonna form

“Hyung is here and I’ll be there too and I will make sure no one troubles you”

The younger moved a little closer to wrap an arm around his hyung who quickly enveloped him in a bear hug , chuckling a little

“I’m sorry for stressing you ,I’ll try to be out of troubles’ Chanyeol heard the muffled voice from his chest,  Squeezing him further
