Description
Do Kyungsoo has always had a strange feeling about the exchange kid, Park Chanyeol. Maybe it was the way Kyungsoo's best friend, Byun Baekhyun, liked him so much. Maybe it was the huge binder Chanyeol always carried around with him but never used for school work. Maybe it was how tall he was compared to Kyungsoo.
Do Kyungsoo should've known something was up with Chanyeol when he was making plans to visit the local (supposedly) haunted house Friday night on a Tuesday afternoon. He should've known to turn back when Baekhyun admitted he was scared to enter the house, depsite the amount of times they explored it as kids. He should've known to not trust Park Chanyeol after devising a plan to cover up Baekhyun's death together, yet here he was - associating with Park Chanyeol, as Kyungsoo knew he was the only person who believed him when he said that Byun Baekhyun was dead and the thing sitting in Baekhyun's seat, eating Ms. Byun's cookies, and wearing Baekhyun's clothes and face was not Byun Baekhyun.
“I don’t think he’s supposed to do that.”
“I think we broke him.”
“I think he’s dead.”
“See if he’s dead, then.”
“No way, dude. You do it.”

hey there lovelies!! i hope you enjoy reading!! this started out as a script assignment for school but i really liked it and wanted to share it (and thought i could do better) so i made it into a fic, changing the names and some aspects of it!! please note that this fic does contain aspects of; the occult, character death (drowning, sacrifices), violence, strong language
