Standing in front of all the guests, Namjoon gripped his champagne glass tightly knowing he couldn't back out now as their vows were exchanged and with the crowd all witnessing it. Standing next to his now married wife, Yeonah, he couldn't help but be cold towards her. Especially when she knew his heart wasn't for her to begin with but here they were standing next to eachother with matching rings on their finger.

He faked a smile when he was with her just to show his parents and her parents that he was okay with this arranged marriage when in fact his heart was aching. The one he wanted to spend with for the rest of his life wasn't the one beside him now, but the one who had disappeared from his life a year ago. A person who looked exactly like his wife but with a total different personality and aura. 

Namjoon was feeling a little stuffy standing with his family and decided to head over to where s were. They were happily chatting and joking around but when they saw their leader walk towards them, they knew he wasn't in that greatest of a mood.

"I know this event is suppose to be a happy day for me..." Namjoon started as he walked over sighing but his eyes showed tiredness and stress. "But I would rather be stuck in my studio right now than here."

Jin patted the man on the shoulder, "To be honest we thought you were kidding when you said you were going to be next to get married."

"We were actually so shocked when you told us to go tuxedo fitting with you." Yoongi stated as he took a sip from his wine.

"I don't know hyung...this wasn't what I wanted." He sighed chugging down his glass, placing it on the tray a waiter was walking by with and grabbing onto another one.

"You still haven't told us the full story." Hoseok said stopping his friend from chugging down another glass.

"I guess we need to talk about this when this settles down a bit." Taehyung replied. 

"Never knew we'd be witnessing another marriage so soon after Hoseok hyung." Jimin said giggling to lighten the mood but that didn't really help.

Yoojung, Eunhae, Taehee and Jinhee walked over to where the men were standing, "Namjoon ah." Jinhee called.

"Your mother is calling for you." She said jerking her head towards the crowd.

"This is going to be a long night..." He mumbled before turning on his heel and pasted another forced smile as he walked over to them.

Seeing how Namjoon was shuffling on his feet next to her, Yeonah, whispered into her mother's ear before her mother smiled and gave her a nod to indicate her to do what she wanted.

"Let's go." She said to Namjoon giving him a gentle smile and pulling him out of the venue. She threw her heels to the side and glanced back at where the guests were checking to see if anyone was glancing her way. "Finally..." She breathed out in relief, wearing heels the whole day killed her and she was glad to finally free her feet from it.

"What are you doing?" Namjoon asked raising an eyebrow at her and she looked up at him and smiled, "As much as you don't want to be here, let's go somewhere we can breath a bit better." She looked at down at her dress with a long train and ripped the bottom and he was shocked to see her action. "Let's go." She grabbed hold of him and they took the staircase to go up to the rooftop. 

The fresh air from the rooftop brushed their faces as soon as they reached it. She let go of his hand and walked over to the ledge where he followed shortly after admiring the city lights that seemed to never sleep. 

"I'm sorry." She finally broke the silence. He turned to look at her and tilted his head, "I know you never wanted this." 

"Then why are we in this situation in the first place?" He grumbled looking back at the sky.

"I guess...I wasn't brave enough to go against our parents." She mumbled which he caught. 

"Yeonah, I know you like me." Namjoon turned around and his back resting against the ledge and her eyes widened. "You...you knew?" 

He nodded, "But you also know that I don't love you. I have always loved your sister. That's why I can't return your feelings." Although the truth has always been there, she still couldn't help being hurt by it especially having it come out from his mouth. 

"I know.." She said weakly, biting her bottom lip to hold back her unshed tears.

"Then why...I always wondered why you agreed to this wedding." He asked getting a bit frustrated.

"I can't tell you." She answered. "But I for sure can tell you this, this wedding won't last long. You just need to bare it with me for the time being. I will do my best to turn things around."

"We used to be close, but now I feel like we're strangers." He admitted. "We've never kept any secrets from each other since the day we became best friends." He sighed. She looked down at her hands clasped together taking in word by word.

He felt his phone vibrating his pant pocket and he picked it up, "I'm taking a breather. I'll come down in a moment Jungkook." He said and hung up turning to face Yeonha who was now shivering from the wind. He took off his suit jacket and placed it around her, "Everyone's leaving. Let's get this over with." He mumbled and walked away. She gave a small smile, tightening the jacket around her. His gentleness is still there, it's just the situation we're in makes everything seem different. Don't worry Namjoon, just wait a bit longer. She followed him back down to where everyone was waiting.
