Description

In a world where currently 40% of the human population possess superpowers, labeled as "Minimum Holder", an academy for the holder is been created which is called DCC Academia. DCC Academia is a place for young holder trainning to become a fighter, and a place for them to know, to upgrade and to control their power. It also a place where Elite Fighters was been made as a new profession to fight the villains. Elite Fighters are individuals who are licensed to use their Minimum to protect civilians from villains, natural disasters, and/or any other kind of harm. It started with a girl who thinks she was nothing until she meet with an Elite Fighters who open her path to become something useful to her country.
