“Ya! Are you not wearing bronze like I am coz I can’t find you!!” You said as soon as you heard him pick up the phone.

“Yay you’re here?!?!” You smiled imagining his beaming face on the phone. “Wait, I’ll go to you! Don’t hang up! Where can I find you??!”

“Wang! Did you actually asked where to find me??”

He knows exactly where to find you. The first place you go to is food, of all people, Jackson knows that by heart.

“Right! Duh. I’m coming! Don’t hang up!” He said. You can sense the urgency in his voice. You can imagine him shuffling somewhere as he pass by people while he makes his way towards you.

“I can’t seem to find you! Are you sure you’re wearing bronze??!”

“I am!—Well okay fine.. this is kind of copper metallic satin thingy.. Or light bronze.. Ohh! It’s kind of like your current hair color right now.. Maple like for pancakes..” You said as you described the shade of your dress while looking down on it.

“Satin?? Aren’t you wearing some jumpsui—“

You had your turned while you secretly munched on a bite sized burger while you looked around for the possibility of your maple head best friend.

“Jackson?? You still there?? Where are you???” You queried over the phone as he turned rather silent.

You glanced at your phone seeing how you’re still connected to his call. You turned around trying to find a familiar face when a set of eyes from afar was watching you. His phone dangling down in his hands.
