Following an accident at her boarding school in America, Aurora returned to Korea to reunite with her family. Joy didn't last long when she found out how an adoptive brother has taken the central spot in her family, which lead to Aurora becoming an outcast at home and feeling insecure about herself. Despite her parents taking her several times to the psychiatrist, her diagnoses remained unclear and her parents believed she was broken and unable to fix. 

When she turned sixteen, she dropped out of school and ran away, hoping to find a better home, but the reality was cruel. Without a high school diploma and money, she fell into the depths of criminality and sacrificed all her innocence with blood staining her hands. 

Now, Aurora wishes to escape from the torment and she decides to end her life by jumping off a bridge. She stands on the railing, but as she says her last goodbye to the world, a hit-man named, Jeon Jungkook, approaches her and offers to shoot her at point-blank without much thought if she tells him her name. 

But why does Jungkook want to shoot a suicidal person so willingly? What is going to happen between them now that they had crossed paths?
