"You're here alone, again?" Baekhyun asked as he was giving Kyungsoo the glass of whiskey

"I guess" Kyungsoo left out a sigh

"Where is he?"

"I don't know, he said he had some job to do"

"Oh, he had some job to do" Baekhyun said sarcastically while passing the drinks to the customers

"I trust him Baek"

Kyungsoo was visiting Baekhyun at the bar he was working at after his date with Jongin was canceled.

"Do you really?" Baekhyun questioned

"I do trust him Baek. We love each other, we are completely fine"

"Call him" Baekhyun requested 

"Baek, there's no need for that" Kyungsoo argued

"Go on, Soo"

"Uh fine" Kyungsoo got frustrated but still fished out the phone out of his pocket and dialed his boyfriend's number

"Hello, Kyungsoo?" Jongin's tone was normal

"I just wondered, where are you?"

"Going home." Jongin's response was short

"Oh okay, just wanted to check up on you. Bye, i love you" Kyungsoo was reassured

He hesitated. Jongin hesitated.

"Love you... Too." Jongin said after a while and hung up

Jongin's hesitation made Kyungsoo's heart ache a little bit. He said their relationship was going well, but it didn't seem like that.

"So where's he?" Baekhyun asked after Kyungsoo was done with the call

"He said he was going home"

"I don't think so but okay" Baekhyun doubted Jongin "By the way, my shift just ended, wanna go to a party?"

"Baek, what party for a God's sake?" Kyungsoo shook his head

"Why not?" Baekhyun asked

"I don't think it's fair Baek, Jongin is at  home while I'm going to some party"

"But Soo, it's Junmyeon's party, he will be mad if we don't go to his party" Baekhyun started sulking

"Okay okay, but just a little bit and then I'm going home" Kyungsoo agreed not being able to resist Baekhyun any more

"Yay!!" Baekhyun's face lightened up

Junmyeon's house was 10 minutes walk from the bar. On the way there, they would chat a little but mostly it would be quiet. As they got near the house they could hear the music blasting from Junmyeon's house. When they got in, the loud music caused Kyungsoo to cover his ears while Baekhyun seemed to enjoy it. Soon after they entered the house, they got greeted by the energetic Junmyeon.

"Oh my gosh Myeon, this is lit" Baekhyun said to Junmyeon

"I know, right?" Junmyeon smirked "But seeing Kyungsoo go somewhere alone without Jongin is a complete miracle, we gotta celebrate"

"Oh gosh no" Kyungsoo panicked when Junmyeon passed him the can of beer and dragged him to the podium "Junmyeon let go, i don't wanna dance. Baek-" he wanted to ask Baekhyun to help him but it was useless, Baekhyun had already started dancing like crazy. 

Kyungsoo finally gave in and joined his friend dancing. When he saw someone's figure from a far. 

"It's not him" Kyungsoo was assuring himself

"It's not him" Kyungsoo laughed
