Morning.

'Twas a long night for Eunji. For hours she stared at the ceiling of her room, tossing and turning in bed. Hayoung's words sat with her all night. Wrapped in her own thoughts, she slept little. Then, from what little sleep she got, her school days played in loop.

As she got out of her room, she noticed Chorong getting out of the office as well. The alert unnie notices the groggy dongsaeng in a split second.

"E-Eunji? You alright?"

"Mmm..." Eunji groans as she wipes at her eyes.

Chorong sighs. "Come on, you oaf. Looks like it's YOU who needs sleep today."

Midday.

The rangers are helping Sooah at the store as Eunji gets some much needed rest.

"Thanks for being good models for our stuff!" Sooah says. "You guys have really been rocking it!"

"I mean I love that I can do this," Namjoo says. "Honestly I should just come here everyday to be a model."

Sooah chuckles. "I could try to speak to our boss about it. Maybe he can lend a hand!"

"You know, Sooah," Bomi says, "Namjoo here is also a skilled driver. Maybe if she became a racer she could also model a racing line for the brand! Two birds with one stone, ya know?"

At the lab, Huh Gak has taken hours on end to examine the mysterious "Q" box. He still can't crack it.

"How was this discovered?" he asks to the officer that found it.

"As we began to clean the debris, we noticed it in the giant hole."

"Is there anything in our database that suggests that such an item was placed there intentionally?"

"No. All historical city plans designate that no such item was ever there before."

Huh Gak pauses. "...do you think this came as a result of Khan's device?"

"No. Based on all footage we could capture and the location of the box, there's no way the explosion and the box are connected."

"I see..." Huh Gak then looks to Naeun. "I'm stumped," he mutters as he shakes his head. "We might as well keep it here in the lab for security purposes."

"Thank you for your insight, officer," Naeun says. "You may return to your post."

"Yes ma'am."

As the officer heads off around the corner, Naeun turns to Huh Gak. "Perhaps... the CEO's daughter and her friends can help. Maybe THEY might know something about this."

"What makes you think that?"

"Just a hunch."

As Naeun finishes her sentence, she receives a call from her walkie-talkie. "Lieutenant Son! The dummy has been found! It was left in front of the building!"

"Examine the footage, and keep that thing away from the building! We need to see who left it there!"

But as she finishes her sentence, the power suddenly cuts out.

"Uh-oh..." Huh Gak says softly.

Naeun gulps. "I have a bad feeling about this..."

The four girls huddle around Sooah.

"A raid on the company, eh?" Bomi mutters.

"They've probably realized they've been duped," Hayoung says.

"You guys go on ahead," Sooah says as she puts her phone away. "Do what you have to do."

Chorong nods as the four girls head off.

"You better watch your mouth there, Hakchan!"

"You look like you've just seen a ghost!"

"Well someone needs help. I have to be there."

"Well. I'm all in."

"Why do you care? Also, I'm not going back!"

"You th-think they'll hear us idiots here laughing?"

"And now, I have to look to you too."

"I'm going to control my own future."

"Just let me know and I'll be there for you."

"Stay out of YOUR way?!"

"I never wanted it to be that way."

Eunji snaps awake. Chorong-unnie... Naeun... something's wrong!

"Watch out!" Naeun yells as she frantically drags Huh Gak away from a Zenbot blast. Huh Gak stumbles behind her as she quickly grabs her gun and fires at the advancing robots. "Find a way out! I'll hold them off!"

Naeun fires away as Huh Gak runs off. Many Zenbots file in guns blazing, blasting everything around her. Ducking from cover to cover, she gets a few in, but there are far too many. Her ears ringing from the shrieking sounds of the barrels going off, everything becomes blurry and eerily slow. Then, a chilling sensation down her spine: she's empty. Gently peering over the corner, she quickly snaps back when she sees the man from yesterday. As she collects her thoughts, a figure all of a sudden moves in front of her. She's been caught. Naeun's eyes widen, her jaw beginning to drop.

Yet, in an instant, two laser shots fly into the Zenbot in front of her and it drops with a thud. And there she was. The ringing in her ears fading, she begins to make out what she's saying. 

"...I'll take care of them! Get out of here while you can!"

"Here to fall with your friend?"

"Save it, Jung Joonyoung! KYAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Frozen, she looks around the lab frantically. Sparks are flying everywhere as Eunji charges forward at the oncoming raiders. Then, in the corner of her eye, she spots the "Q" box. I have to get that thing out of here! Naeun storms to the box, then cuts back towards where Huh Gak ran off to. But then, as she gets to the doorway, WHAM!

Naeun bounces down to the floor, the box landing right beside her. And right in front of her is someone who looks almost exactly like her.

"Going somewhere, hun?"

Oh no...

"You really do look like me. Pity, though. There can only be one me! HAHAHAHAHA!!!"

"Huh? Jen- NO! NAEUN!!!"

Naeun sees her raise her sword as she gets a hold of the box and raises it above her. Then, the box begins to glow and warm in her hands.

QUANTUM FIRE ACTIVATED.

"WHOA! WHAT THE-" In a split second, Jennie is flown back out the doorway. "AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!"

Naeun stares at the box intently. What in the world just happened?! Then, the box manifests a firey envelope around her wrist. Once it disappears, there's a new device around her arm, much like Eunji's.

"Whoa..." Naeun mutters.

QUANTUM FIRE MORPHER ONLINE.

Then, the same-looking firey envelope manifests around Naeun's body. Within moments, Naeun's in a suit that looks eerily similar to Eunji's.

"N-Naeun?!"

"No... it can't be! ANOTHER ONE?!"

Naeun stands as she grabs the stylized gun in her new holster and promptly begins firing at the raiders. With a new wind, Eunji directs her attention back at Jung Joonyoung and the Zenbots and starts razing several of them.

"Ugh... no matter! TIME TO DIE!"

Naeun directs her attention to Jennie. "Activate Sword Mode!" Then, a blade manifests through the barrel of her gun while the handle twists parallel to it, and she swiftly blocks her strike.

"Your move."

Infuriated, Jennie begins to unleash a barrage of slashes, jabs, and swipes, but Naeun blocks every single thing she throws at her. This isn't good... Already weakened from being thrown, she activates a strobe before warping away. At the same time, Jung Joonyoung disappears.

"Naeun? What happened?"

Naeun turns to Eunji, who's marveling at the suit. Every white element on the suit was instead black, and the red arrows were jagged, even the visor.

Just then, Chorong and the others arrive. "Eunji? What happe-" Chorong notices Naeun in her suit. "It... can't be... she found them..."

"...the Quantum Fire Powers," Hayoung says.

Everyone stares at each other in silence. Eunji then powers down after a while. "Nice work."

"...thanks."

Eunji gives a light smile. "Maybe we can help each other more now. We help you and you help us. Whenever necessary."

Naeun powers down out of her suit. "...perhaps."
