Chapter 1: This was a wonderful read! Your descriptions are really intense and I love how you portray the transition from rock bottom to something a little bit above that. Even though there's still so much heartbreak, there's a little light shining through.
Definitely doesn't read like a first time, so I can't wait to see what comes in the future!
