Description
Joohyun, who also goes by the name of Irene is the daughter of a famous Korean solo artist Kim Taeyeon. Not many people in the world know this fact and with Joohyun being educated in London, while Taeyeon builds her career in Seoul. Distance has always been a problem for them but how will the two keep their strong bond when the rest of the world finds out?
Foreword
“Eomma!” Joohyun beamed right away after answering the call. This call was very unexpected, usually her mother would message her before calling her anytime except for their morning call.
“Hello sweetie” Taeyeon said with a grin hearing her daughters soft voice.
“What’s up eomma? How was your flight back from Japan?” Joohyun asked knowing her mother called her right before the plane took off.
“It was good. I slept the whole way” the mother and daughter duo both chuckled lightly.
“Of course you did eomma.” Joohyun said in a teasing manner.
“Hm. You know my power naps are key Joohyun-ah” Taeyeon said jokingly.
“Of course I do. How else would my eomma look so beautiful all the time”
“You’re the beautiful one Joohyun-ah, but thank you, I appreciate the compliment from my favourite little girl.” Teayeon said with a smile.
“What about Seohyun and Yoona unnies? They’re your little girls too, no?” Joohyun said playfully.
Taeyeon chuckled over the line “Of course they are my little girls. But Joohyun-ah...you’re my FAVOURITE little girl” Taeyeon stressed. Joohyun laughed and breathed out with a wide grin on her face. Taeyeon saw this as an opportunity to get to the reason behind her unexpected call.
