Doctor Shin Hyejeong, senior cardiac surgeon the brightest surgeon on Seoul national hospital, a professional at her job and absolutely brilliant. She was also the only heir of Seoul national hospital,m everyone honour and respect her, she was good at her job but there's one thing about her, she was as cold as an ice, she was indifferent and doesn’t like to socialize with people unless it was about work, a total workaholic.

Meanwhile, there was Doctor Kim Seolhyun Neurological Surgeon the complete opposite of Doctor Shin. She was a ball of sunrise, she was very tentative towards her patients, gave a lot of advice for other doctors and nurse, also very much in love with the famous ice princess. She didn’t care about what others said about Dr Shin, for her she was perfect in every single way and she really wanted to make the older fall for her too.

And this story, is about how a complete opposite people become very much in love with one another, a story about not only love but also, sacrifice, jealousy, and a journey of how Seolhyun finally made Hyejeong noticed and admitted her own feeling.
