“F…father?”

Chanyeol was surprised seeing the familiar face after two years, in fact he was surprised seeing him here, he wanted to ask what are you doing here, but for sure he already know the answer.

The father look at him, give him a glimpse of an eye and didn’t bother to reply or even talk to him, he just passed by him like he doesn’t know who he is.

“Chanyeol” Baekhyun said grabbing Chanyeol arm seeing the scene, he know how was the action hurtful for him, and he can’t do anything about it, what matter for him now is to leave without come back, to never put a single step in this city again, he gain Chanyeol attention, who’s face was sad now,

“I know” Chanyeol replied and move to the outside door, the guards let them leave with no problem, and Baekhyun was happy Chanyeol didn’t make it hard for them. They went back to the car, and Baekhyun immediately take the steering wheel, because that face is another synonym to ‘car accident’

“what happened?” Kyungsoo asked when he saw how Chanyeol was sad, he thought that baekhyun would be the one with the angry expression bu seeing Chanyeol was the one he was worried “Baekhyun what happened?”

Baekhyun just shake his head “everyone is a liar in there,” he said knowing that nothing they can do.

The words said by Baekhyun made the two behind silent, Kyungsoo just start rubbing Chanyeol arm gently, like he is telling him that he is here, and Jongin look at the mirror to his boyfriend who was focusing on the road he was driving.

Stopping at the hotel, the four went down and finally Kyungsoo could go to Chanyeol and hugs him, “are you okay?” he ask looking at the sad face

But the hug made Chanyeol smile “yes am fine!” he hugs him back and even kiss his hair with “thank you for being here” he said with his deep voice, earning the heart shaped smile that he use to see it, in fact maybe what happened… maybe his father throwing him is a good thing. Maybe Baekhyun leaving was the best decision in his life.

“Why digging in the past if we have what we need now?” Chanyeol said looking at Baekhyun,

And Baekhyun did smile nodding, “true” he look at Jongin who give him a hug from behind and kiss his neck

“What you guys saw there?” Jongin asked

However, Chanyeol spoke not answering the question “I think you did win the love master Baekhyun!”

Kyungsoo and Jongin look at the two surprised and Baekhyun nodded “I think so!”

“Okay tell me what happened inside” Jongin asked again curious “what do you mean by you win?”

Baekhyun shrugs “my uncle was worried, and if am a threat that mean one thing, I did win it back then”

Kyungsoo, “if am him, I will definitely choose the person who choose others happiness first and that is you Baekhyun” 

Baekhyun shake it, “you make me look like a hero!” he laughed, “still I don’t need that fortune, I have my own” he take Jongin hands who were hugging him in his “money isn’t everything”

The three couldn’t agree more, but a flash of a camera take their attention they turn to look at who ever take the picture and find some girls passing by who were squeezing alone looking at Jongin and Baekhyun direction

“oh ow!” Baekhyun said moving immediately inside the hotel, hiding his face “crap!” he said with nervous when he felt Jongin coming behind him

Kyungsoo and Chanyeol look at each other, “is this a scandal?” Chanyeol asked

Kyungsoo look at how Baekhyun was embarrass and Jongin was trying to calm him down “well its true scandal” he giggles “I guess we shall wait the news!”

“It won’t affect their relationship right?” Chanyeol asked in worried

“they hid it for years now, Jongin won’t break up with him to stay famous” Kyungsoo said but thinking about it he look worried too now “But Baekhyun could do that if he thought it’s the best for Jongin and his contract with his company?”

Chanyeol shake his head “no no no am not letting that happen, leaving two years ago because of me was the craziest decision he will have in this life”

Kyungsoo smiled “should we make sure of them staying together?”

The question asked by the short one make Chanyeol raise an eyebrow “what do you mean?”

*** 3 months later***

Baekhyun was looking at some papers, sitting in a full metal table in a low lighted room, he didn’t felt good seeing the pictures in those files, he just slam the file and look at the mirror in one side of the room, like he is blaming who ever back there for him losing his appetite. He heard the door being open and a man with a scary face came in, hands handcuffed behind his back, his feet also, along with a policemen who helped him sit and left the room

“whut a unique faice!” the man said with a very strange accent

Baekhyun said awkwardly, “am counting this as a compliment!” he look at the files in his hands, took a picture and put it beside the man “you know her?”

“no wunder they handcuffed meh! If not I would have with yu before they even came in” the man said making Baekhyun surprised

“ehm…” he clear his throat “this one?” he took another picture putting it next the other one

“are yu engaged? If nut I will came for a visit!” the man said and Baekhyun have enough already he put the pictures one by one till his hands were empty

“look at them!” he ordered a little bit angry

The man laughed “ay! Ay! Anything fur yu!” and take a look in the pictures, that what Baekhyun needed he saw how whis eyes hesitate in one picture, he recognized it for sure

Baekhyun took the picture “this one!” he said to the mirror and move out, letting the man surprise with the fast action

“YA! NO WAIT ITS NOT ME!!”

He heard him scream but left the room, all the way to the other room that have a clear vision of where he was sitting at the first place “I told you I don’t want to do this” Baekhyun said in anger looking at Kyungsoo and some other new faces he didn’t know till today

“Thanks man! You really helped” Kyungsoo said with a wide smile

“wooh! You were so fast, you sure it her” one of those asked

“man we can’t make sure, we need a confession” another girl sitting in that room said

“LISTEN I KNOW HER BUT IT WASN’T ME I SWEAR COME BACK I DIDN’T KILL HER”

They all heard the man yelling from inside, they look at the mirror at the same time then back at Baekhyun, Kyungsoo smiled proudly and even give him a wink

“Can you take off that big smile in your face?” Baekhyun said sitting in the passenger seat while Kyungsoo driving

“No! You were supper cool, I even win the bet, you were awesome,” Kyungsoo said with that big heart shaped wide smile

“Yes but I don’t investigate criminals and you know that Kyungsoo I won’t be eating for days because of those pictures!”

Kyungsoo nodded “yes I know you are a psychologist that help police with those who are already in jail if they have mental problem, but I needed a lead! I was stuck on my first client here and thanks to you am not anymore, you should have seen the victim mother face!”

Baekhyun nodded “okay okay! you owe me this one, Also you are a lawyer stay away from the investigation team”

Kyungsoo smiled “they were useless, I needed to do things myself!” he said and stopped by a house, the two went out all the way inside that house.

“hello!” Baekhyun said when he enter and saw Jongdae sitting in the table with so many papers and drawing in them

“Hi Baekhyun! Soo! How was your day, I heard you will help him in a case?” Jongdae asked not lifting his eyes from the papers

“yes I did!” Baekhyun sits next to him and take one of his drawing “I like this one”

Jongdae look at it “oh really?” he take it from Baekhyun hand “should it be my main?”

Kyungsoo pass by them when he put the car keys, “I agree!” he said looking at the drawing, and went inside all the way to the kitchen, finding Minseok preparing lunch “hi am here to help”

Minseok smiled “thanks! I need to use the bathroom” he said and run to the upstairs all the way to his room but pass by another room “oh! Kyungsoo and Baekhyun arrived” he said to the two who were in, a Jongin singing and a Chanyeol with a guitar playing it

“oh really? Damn I was excited with the lyrics I didn’t even notice,” Jongin said and stand “this will be a hit! But after lunch”

Chanyeol laughed “yeah” he put the guitar in his hand and went outside behind Jongin, but stopped knocking a door “Luhan, Sehun lunch time” he heard shuffles and giggles but then a clear answer from Sehun

“we are coming!”

Chanyeol smirked shaking his head, thinking of something inappropriate was happening, he went down passing by Jongdae, Baekhyun and now Jongin “I like it”

Jongdae smiled wide “okay definitely my main!”

He kept walking to find Kyungsoo in the kitchen alone he back hugged him and give him a kiss in his cheek “how was your day?” he asked and Kyungsoo didn’t wait to tell him what happened

We all sit on this table eating lunch every day, since they all move here with me, laughing, chitchatting, teasing, supporting each other…

As if we were a family, as if things never went wrong between us, as if we knew each other since forever

And am happy about it…

Those were the stories I tell you about…the love stories that I tried one day to make money from them, but I end up having something more important than that,

the decision I thought I made sacrificing all the fortune, was the one that bring me another, I don’t know what could be happened if I take the money at the time, what would happened if I decided to separate Chanyeol and Kyungsoo, what would happened if I didn’t give a chance to Jongin? What would happened if that uncle of mine didn’t gave me that specific school?

How funny the destiny is…

It make you believe that life is against you…but with the time and some patient you just realize that it was just a way for you to learn something new

They all were still eating that lunch when the doorbells suddenly rang.

“I will open!” Luhan said running to the door, while taking a paper cleaning his fingers to use them to open it “how can I help you?” he said when he saw an old man with some guards standing in the door

They all look at the door now and Baekhyun stands from his place surprised saying the words that make everyone look shocked at him, knowing the face of their problems since the beginning
