'Are you feeling cold, kitten?' Jongdae asked, tearing his eyes away from the rom-com playing on the television set. Minseok trembled, hugging himself with thin arms as he looked back at Jongdae with hooded eyes and pale features. He closed his eyes and tipped his head back when Jongdae scooped him into his lap, curling into the male and pressing his face into the other's throat.

'God damn, you're cold!' Jongdae exclaimed, switching the television off and carrying his lover to the bedroom. He placed Minseok on the bed and the hybrid hugged as many plushies as possible close to himself while Jongdae brought a comforter out.


'Sleep with me; it's too cold,' Minseok insisted in a quiet voice, ears flat against his head and tail between his legs as he tucked himself under Jongdae's chin.




























It was when Minseok was fast asleep and purring with warmth that Jongdae crept out of bed, grabbing his car keys and wallet before strapping on a padded coat and braving the cold outside.
























The next day was comparatively warmer but still cold enough for Minseok to press himself into corners for desperate warmth.
