Baekhyun peers at Chanyeol, "Is he okay?" he asks, genuinely worried.

Chanyeol shrugs his shoulders, "I don't know, why don't you go talk to him?"

Chanyeol gets up from the couch, he stretching his body he says, "Imma head out, Sehun's promised me a surprise". Baekhyun doesn't want to know what that surprise is at all.

"Ugh," Baekhyun says, pretending to barf.

Chanyeol sniggers, as he flips him off. He gathers his things and leaves, the sudden silence overwhelms Beakhyun. For some reason he feels extremely nervous as he knocks on Kai's door, it's not like he's not seen Kai upset, he's seen him break down quite a few times before the exam season.

Kai opens the door, Baekhyun breathes out a small hi. Kai tiredly runs a hand through his black hair, and moves aside, letting Baekhyun in.

"You okay?" asks Baekhyun, making himself comfortable on Kai's bed. He notices the half eaten ice-cream bowl on the desk next to his bed.

Kai gives him a quick nod, "I'm fine," he says, his lips quirk into a smile, a half-assed one at that.

"Well you look like a kicked puppy, so out with it," Baekhyun says, patting the space in front of him on the bed.

"How do you even know how a kicked puppy looks like? Did you kick one before?" he asks, jumping onto the bed.

Baekhyun rolls his eyes, "Ha Ha," he says, voice dripping with sarcasm. Baekhyun grabs the laptop lying on his desk, he has Kai's entire sulking routine memorized to a T;the routine which includes cookies and cream ice-cream, Ratatouille and blankets. Baekhyun plays Ratatouille on Kai's laptop, and grabs two blankets and covers them both with each. He cranes his neck to look at Kai.

Kai is just sitting there and watching him with a unreadable expression painted across his face. Baekhyun raises his eyebrows at him, Kai just shakes his head in response. They both watch the movie in silence, with Baekhyun occasionally passing comments only to have Kai shushing him. Baekhyun finds it adorable how invested Kai is in the movie, even though he's probably watched it a billion times. Only when Kai yanks the blanket off of him does Baekhyun realise that the movie is over, he sort of zoned out in the end.
