"When will you end this foolishness? This is beginning to get ti-" We both froze because I suddenly turn my face in her direction. Both our eyes are wide open as our faces are so close I can already feel her warm breath. I was first to recover a smirk painted my lips as I leaned closer and blew lightly on her lips. She flinched and scramble got off me. "What kind of madness are you doing?" She showed me a wavering angry face that made me grin from ear-to-ear.

"You weren't budging!" I wince a little because of the lingering pain on my neck. I stood up and grinned. "Your ears are turning red." Her eyes turned round as she hurriedly covered her ears with both hands. She kicked a pebble towards me and it hit my hand. "Ow!"

"Serves you right." She said and stuck her tongue out.

I looked at her, baffled. "And you're supposed to be the matured one." I smiled widely. "I was kidding about the ears. You can drop your hands now." She glared at me before removing her hands on her ears. She cleared and straighten herself. I tilted my head a little to appreciate the red coloring of her ears. A giggle escaped my lips unconsciously that made her glared at me.  "Hii, it's your turn." I looked at Hitomi's direction and saw a shocked expression and ajared mouth.

Chaewon-unnie walked towards Hitomi and pretended that her finger is a fly. "Bzzzz" She jokingly shoved it into Hitomi's mouth. Hitomi quickly closed and whined while turning her face away. Chaewon-unnie giggled as she squished Hitomi's cheeks adoringly. I felt tiny jealousy growing in the pit of my heart. "Come on now.  It's your turn. Unless you're tired." She said all while patting Hitomi's head.

"No, no. Let's begin." Chaewon-unnie slides her hand to Hitomi's as if it is the most natural thing to do. She pulled Hitomi to stand. I pursed my lips. My feelings for Chaewon-unnie is growing faster than I thought. Hitomi looked at me and said,  "Minju, you go rest. Is there something wrong?" When I didn't answer, she followed my eyes' path. When she realized that I was looking at their intertwined hands, she untangled them. Chaewon-unnie frown and looked at me confused. I gave her the best smile I could muster.

They started sparring but Chaewon-unnie just kept teasing Hitomi. Their laughter harmonized as the smiles mirrored in their faces. Am I intervening their perfect love story? "It has always been like this between the two of us"? They go way back, even before I met Hitomi.

"Will you be honest with me?" I suddenly said when we entered the dorm.

"About what?" Hitomi asked with a frown.

"Do you really not like Chaewon-unnie?"

"Why are you suddenly asking that?"

"Because you look perfect for each other. And, and if you like her then I think it's better to tell me now. So I can stop my feelings from growing." I gave her a sad smile.

"Do you, do you like her that sincerely?"

"I don't know…

But I think I'm willing to try."

"Then go for it Minju." She gave a genuine smile but it had a glint of sadness.

"Hii, if you like her then how could I-"

"I don't!" She said in a hurry. She pursed her lips and closed her eyes. "I don't, Minju." She said much slower. "Chaewon-unnie, she, she's been through a lot. And I think she deserves someone who can love her the way you love someone. But if you can't let go of Yuri, then please, I'm begging you not to hurt Chaewon-unnie. She's precious to me and I like her but
