Mark is a troublemaker. He shows up late to every class at his elite prep school, dyes his hair a different color every week, spikes the punch at school dances, and has even drained the school's pool to skateboard in (with the help of his best friend Bambam, of course).

Mark's antics makes him one of Principal Im's least favorite students. Tori, on the other hand, is one of JB's favorites, despite her being a bit of a troublemaker herself. JB wants Tori to have nothing to do with troublemaker Mark, but Tori has plans of her own... plans to make their senior year the best yet.
