Description
Do Kyungsoo wanted to become the voice of the community, especially the less fortunate. As much as he valued his studies, he was more passionate about helping others. With Nayeon, he knew that he can make it possible—despite his flaws—because she inspired him to become the best version of himself.
Four years later, he is known as one of the most outstanding young medical practitioners in the country. Even if he ended up in a different path, he was able to save lives and influence the community. But he feels that he's not at his best.
Im Nayeon wanted to change the world. She was known as the top student, teacher's pet, and all-around awardee. With Kyungsoo, she knew that they will yield the voice of mankind together—despite all odds—because he inspired her to strive for her goals.
Four years later, she was fired from her third full-time job since her skills weren't enough for the position. However, she is able to keep herself stable. She was far from the person she wanted to be. And she blames herself for leaving him behind.

Memories are beautiful. Memories are worth remembering fondly.
Yet some memories, no matter how beautiful they were, can be the most painful betrayer—and most threatening attacker.

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
"Before We Let Go" was supposed to be released in 2020, however, since this was progressing more than "Beyond the Beat", I decided to let it out into the open. Honestly, you can already predict what the story will be about but I promise you, this will still be very unique and painful. It is something relatable, especially for the adults who are feeling lost in their lives.
This story is inspired by the film "Alone/Together", the books "Love Rosie" and "Why We Broke Up". Quite frankly, this will also be very personal, so some of the experiences that Nayeon and Kyungsoo will experience happened to me before.
I'm very nervous about this story since I feel like this is the one I would relate to the most, however, I truly hope that you'll all enjoy it!
