C32: She'll get there
In My Dream
Irene and Seulgi were walking hand in hand to the store. It was Saturday morning and the weather was cold. As the couple was walking, the snow began to fall. Irene smiles widely as she thought that it was perfect.
"The first snow." Seulgi mumble.
"Yes, it is." Irene looks up. ''Isn't it perfect?"
"Yes, really perfect." Seulgi smile as her eyes were fixed to her girlfriend.
Irene blush when she caught Seulgi staring at her. The latter smile as well as she properly wrapped Irene's scarf around her neck and fixed her coat.
"You're cheesy, love." Irene hugged Seulgi's arms.
"Just for you."
"You better be." Irene put her hands on Seulgi's collar and pulled her closer and claimed her lips.
"Joohyun..."
Irene stopped. A familiar voice called her name in such a soft, gentle manner.
Deja vu.
But the only difference was, she is not in the playground and Seulgi is with her and this is not in her dream.
Irene turned around and as she expected, she was there. Standing tall, a woman with long black hair, a cat eyes as she remembers. It was no other than...
"K...Kim Jennie."
"Hi, Bae Joohyun," the woman smiles. "It's been years."
Irene's hand slipped from Seulgi's collar. She can't believe her eyes.
It was her.
It's actually Kim Jennie.
She was not dreaming this time.
She is back.
Jennie is back.
Seulgi watched as her girlfriend's eyes showed different emotions. She can't understand anything. Who is this girl?
"Can we talk?" The woman asks. She then looks at Seulgi. "Alone."
The way Jennie emphasize the word 'Alone', Seulgi knew the woman wants her to leave and let Irene talks to her. Seulgi clenched her fist.
