The Aurora 8 was only a month away from departure when Wendy Son, the young but accomplished cadet, met Irene, the stunning commander of the 3rd division.

 

Life on Earth had reached a critical point and several nations had begun launching their first space colonization missions. Simultaneous launches by the US and China were followed by other countries in the order drawn at the International Humanity Continuity Summit by their respective leadears. Korea drew 8th place. 

Foreword

Greetings, 

I'm back with the Wenrene space AU that literally nobody asked for. It'll probably be only 4 or 5 chapters long so it will hopefully be all uploaded by next week.

I've been terribly busy this summer so I haven't been able to update my other (ahem cough cough, Seulrene) fics. But I finally have some more time, so I'm back and I promise to update other older stuff too. Another fic I'm curretly reading inspired me to write some Wenrene because there really aren't enough fics about them out there T T.

Anyways, enjoy.

Chapter 4: Aw, so bittersweet - Wendy is getting what she wants but the sacrifice that comes with it is so sad to read. Loved the WR at the end, Hope this isn’t the last time they see each other!

Chapter 4: I want to say again how much I love you draw up the atmosphere and relationship between many characters in the story quite lovely despite the modest story estate allocated to each of them. The scenes with their families are all heart-warming and poignant.
And Joohyun and Wendy still be able to sneak in adorable moments together. It's cute how Joohyun was ready to make a run to Wendy's place lol

Chapter 4: So what you're saying is that they spent a ton of time together in Joohyun's apartment, yet you didn't tell us ALL about it? How could you do this to us??? Cruelly sweet indeed. Thanks for the long update, I'm sad that we've already reached the first half of the story, I love this AU so much I'd be glad if it went on forever. Take care!
