The young and daring CEO of Kim Global Group is set to tie the knot very soon. The only thing that’s creating even more buzz with the public was the fact that no one (except his family) really knew who his fiancée is. Kim Junmyeon likes to keep his personal affairs private, away from prying eyes and malicious opinions. But a few weeks before the well-anticipated event, the mystery fiancée disappears, ditching the bachelor and leaving him with a serious problem. How would he explain everything to everyone? You can’t just cancel a wedding that’s being planned for months already. Likewise, you can’t call it a marriage if the bridegroom is the only one standing in the altar. Now that the bride-to-be completely goes off the grid, countermeasures should be put into effect.

On the other side of the story, Yoo Jiwon is starting to contract some serious headache due to her current situation. Being the only daughter and future heiress of Sunrise Airways surely is a privilege, with the sole exception of having to marry to ensure she lives long enough to inherit and manage the business. After years of running away overseas, Jiwon is forced to come back to Korea to once again deal with endless blind dates and marriage interviews. Only one solution comes to mind – find someone to become his fake husband to get her parents off her back. Easy peasy, right? Bull.

This is where the lines overlap – a ditched groom needing a fake wife to save face, and an heiress needing a fake husband to escape endless dates and probably a forced marriage. And what else can you expect from a ‘fake wedding’ set up? As the web of lies tangle together, of course, chaos ensues.
