and so it has. when myungsoo left his hometown, he never planned on coming back, yet life has a funny way of digging up the past. faced with the guilt and regret of ten years ago, myungsoo finally learns to let go.

'sometimes, without me realizing, i feel like my heart will be revealed.'

Foreword

this is for the surplus! poster-based writing contest (poster by ann1914). true character study, which i haven't done in a very long time, and probably going to be short, relatively plotless save what's really necessary. and, of course, it'll be in lowercase, which means i'm either going to write it late at night or otherwise in a very tired state.

tagged myungjong and myunggyu but no real romantic relationships. the only romantic relation is myungeun lol.

Chapter 1: Whoo. That somehow felt like I read something really dense and endless.
Honestly, I had trouble in some places because I wasn't sure if the characters were speaking, if it was Myungsoo's consciousness, or if it was just the narrator. But I managed to pick up the pattern along the way and understood the story, aha.
I love the way you described and personified the events in Myungsoo's life. The way you depicted each person and wrote how much they made an impact on him in the end was just beautiful.
I felt bad for Sungjong though. He just wanted a friend but got rejected in the end. But Naeun and Myungsoo's love life was adorable.
I like the part when Myungsoo's hamster died and Sunggyu went all philosophical on him, haha. It was cute when the butterfly came and Myungsoo thought of his hamster. :') For someone so young, Sunggyu's amazing.
