When two rings come together, true bond will be formed.  

Set in a parallel universe where people are set apart by lineage and power, half rings are given to each person and blessed by the system at birth. They are identical but the power blessed to it only exist in another. The power allow for dominance. The stronger the power, the further you can climb. Most find their other half within the same rank, but there are exceptions. History has written them as outliers, a malfunction, doomed to disappear. They can either choose the lowest rank, or be outcasted. Those who try to defy find it impossible to hide from the hunters and simply disappear.
