After one month…

Mina was just a few steps away from the airport door, when something halted her to a stop.

“Damn it…”

Mina quickly side step to the corner and starts switching her crocs with her adidas sneakers. Being home never really seem to excite her, yet the moment she take a step inside the airplane one month ago, her mind or was it her heart kept on reminding her that she should rather be home. And how could she enjoy her trip when her every move was filled with thoughts of her?

She was met by a flood of people the moment she steps out of the airport. But it was ridiculous how despite of the faceless crowd, one just stood out. The raven haired girl was standing with her back against her, but still it push Mina’s heart to go to over drive, every step closer makes Mina’s heartbeat quadruple in speed.

“MINA!!!”

“Oh Ryu?”

And how quickly can ones happiness be taken away like this.

“You’re picking me up today?”

“Yup. I got my license now.”

Ryujin’s face was filled with pride as she shows Mina her license.

“Congratulations…”

Mina wished she didn’t sound so fake as she said it, well she was happy for Ryujin but her disappointment that it wasn’t the other girl seems to overpower her joy.

Mina didn’t need to get closer to the car, a few feet away and Mina could already tell that it was Chaeyoung’s old car. The same car that she and Chaeyoung had make love in a few months ago.

“So, you’re driving Chaeyoung’s old car?”

“Yeah… she gave it to me and it still looks pretty good too… She said this car just reminds her of things she doesn’t want to remember.

And Mina didn’t have to ask why, somehow she has an idea what Ryu is trying to say.

Chaeyoung leans back on her swirly chair and starts massaging her temples with her fingers. She was loaded up with work, can’t hardly go to sleep and what’s worse she didn’t get any… by any of course it means, she didn’t have anybody to play some games with.

One knock and one swing of the door and in comes Sana.

“Hey gorgeous, you busy?”

Chaeyoung buries her face in paperworks, hoping Sana get the hint. But just in case Sana didn’t, she answered the other girl. “Yup. Why? What do you need?”

Sana pouts cutely before sitting on Chaeyoung’s lap. “What’s wrong with you Chaeng?”

“I just got a lot of stuff to do…”

Chaeyoung cranes her neck away and focuses on more paperworks.

“Surely you have time for me…” Sana pouts some more and Chaeyoung, well, she’s just irritated more… “GoD! What happen to you Chaeng?”

Sana finally stood up from Chaeyoung’s lap.

“Before you would be like all over me… But now it’s like you won’t even look at me!” Sana yells in frustration… “It’s like after that weekend in the beach, you just suddenly change into this boring person.”

Chaeyoung finally stilled her pen at the thought. Has it been that long? But before Chaeyoung could answer, the sound of heavy footsteps made Sana quickly scurried underneath her table…

“What the?”

“YOOOHOOOO!!!”

Tigger would be put to shame when he sees how bouncy Tzuyu is.

“Hey Chaeng, is my Sana baby here?”

Chaeyoung peeks underneath her desk and sees Sana waving her hands maniacally, begging Chaeyoung to lie.

“Nope she’s not here…” Chaeyoung lies while pointing down underneath the table… Tzuyu winks thankfully at her bestfriend.

“Oh okay…” Tzuyu tiptoes closer to Chaeyoung’s desk and bends over to give Sana the biggest surprise of her life.

“MISS ME?”

“ACCCCCKKKKK” Sana quickly scrambles out of the desk and Tzuyu was quick to catch her ankle, but Sana the fighter that she is, started kicking and screaming.

“LET GO OF ME!!!”

“You are such a hard to get Satang…”

The two continues to chase each other around Chaeyoung’s office.

“I’m not a hard to get! I’m just creeped out by you!”

Chaeyoung ignores the screaming and chasing, and got her eyes on more paperworks. The sound of her phone vibrating halted her from more work and she reads the text.

Chaeyoung quickly presses the delete button. She didn’t even get to the part where she forgot her and now she’s back in her life.

Ryujin and Mina were enjoying a pleasant meal when they heard the front door opens.

“Oh unnie is here…”

Mina hated how she’s been acting lately, just like a high school girl trying to get notice by her crush. She might hate it, but that doesn’t mean she stop acting like it. She starts fixing her hair and checks her reflection on the spoon.

“Hey… I’m here…”

Mina could feel her cheeks just heating up at the sound of her voice, it was nothing sort of ridiculous.

“I got you the dessert.”

Chaeyoung laid the cake box in the table and quickly walks away. And Mina was left thinking? That was it? She went home early for this? Just to be ignored?

“Unnie? You’re not going to eat?”

“Not hungry.”

Mina stares down at her food, she’s rarely ever full but this time she just lost her appetite.

Chaeyoung tries to walk by Mina’s room, but somehow the narrow creak in Mina’s door, made Chaeyoung curious. Maybe she should just take a little…

Chaeyoung stumbles inside Mina’s room, Mina’s doe eyes which widened in surprise, suddenly narrows down to a mischievous glint. And Chaeyoung quickly bounces up, cursing herself for being this pathetic.

“Miss me?” Mina with teasing look at Chaeyoung.

A lot…

“Maybe…” Chaeyoung shrugs. “How about you? You miss me?”

Much more than I thought… “Nah… I was like Chaeyoung who?”

Chaeyoung sneers in retaliation… “Player…”

“Better than getting played, right?”

“Right… So, ummm…”

“What?”

“So, you ummm had fun?” Chaeyoung asks when what she wanted to know is…

Did you meet anybody?

“Yup. It’s pretty awesome.” Mina just stares down at her clothes, wishing that Chaeyoung wouldn’t pick up on her lie. “And you? What have you been up to?”

Mina asked even what she’s trying to say was.

Have you met somebody else?

“Not so much…” Chaeyoung shrugs, even if the real answer was not at all. “I have been busy with work.”

Mina felt like an elephant just got lifted of her chest, sighing in relief.

“Too much catering?”

“Well… not really but I have been trying something. So, ummmm…”

Mina glance back at Chaeyoung waiting for Chaeyoung to finish.

“Did you date around while you were there?”

Chaeyoung wonders why she even asked, the answer is going to end up in heartache anyway.

“I don’t date.”

“Neither do I. So, you didn’t get lucky while you were there? No hot natives, no y tourists?”

Now Chaeyoung was just prying in Mina’s life, but she needed to know.

Mina’s real answer: I could, but it feels wrong when it’s not with you.
Mina’s answer to Chaeyoung: “Two and you?”

Chaeyoung forgot what she was trying to say, her mind only registering the jealousy of having Mina with someone else.

Chaeyoung’s real answer: I was waiting for you, guess I’m an idiot for doing that.
Chaeyoung’s answer to Mina: “Me? 3 or 4? I don’t know… I don’t really keep track of those things.”

Mina was glad that she had her back at Chaeyoung or Chaeyoung might see pathetic expression on her face. Mina’s hands that were gripping the necklace that she bought Chaeyoung, now shoved the necklace deeper in her bag.

“Always a player, huh, Chaeng?”

“Better than getting played”

Touché...

“I should probably leave you alone, you’re still probably tired.”

“Yeah I am…”

“Ok, good night…”

“You too…”

“Nice to see you again…”

“Yeah…”

And Chaeyoung thought she could finally sleep now that Mina was back, but it feels like it’s just going to end up as one of those sleepless nights.

Mina have stayed awake the entire night, her mind blames it on jetlag, her heart was blaming it on something else.

“Mina?”

“Chaeng?”

It was 4 am and Chaeyoung looks wide awake.

“Why you up?”

“Jetlag and you?”

“I need to workout.”

“You’re not going to eat anything?”

“Does banana count?” Chaeyoung mumbles as she chews on a banana.

“Well… I made some oatmeal if you like.”

“Oatmeal… cool.”

Chaeyoung pulls the bar stool out and sits beside Mina on the kitchen counter, as Mina prepared a bowl of oatmeal for Chaeyoung. Chaeyoung takes a spoonful and stuffs it in .

“MMMMM….” Chaeyoung looks like it was the best tasting food on Earth. “That was the best oatmeal ever.”

And at the still of the dawn, Mina’s laughter quakes the quiet house.

“You’re nuts… you know that?!” Mina says between her guffaws.

“But it’s true. Here.” Chaeyoung fed Mina.

“I had better.” Mina dismiss her own cooking.

“No… for me, this is like the best oatmeal ever.”

“Fine… I’m not going to argue with you..”

Mina watches Chaeyoung eats up all the oatmeal from her bowl.

“You know you’re a chef but you have never cook me anything.”


Chaeyoung knows that she should really back off, instead of playing along with Mina's games. But here she is, putting her heart out on a line, just for Mina to be entertained.


“Well, if you weren’t so busy trying to have with me all the time, then maybe I could have made you one.”


Mina gasps cause as far she knew, Chaeyoung was as much as a horndog too… “And you’re not?”

“I just felt bad saying no to you…”

Now Chaeyoung’s laughter join in the air as Mina hits her mercilessly.

“Alright… alright… Chaeyoung surrenders. “Stop…”

“You wanted me too!” Mina snaps back.

“Yeah… I want you.”

Mina have heard that line countless times before, but the look in Chaeyoung’s eyes was the first ones she ever seen. And right now, she doesn’t think she has the strength to look away.

“How about tonight?”

“Tonight?”

Chaeyoung was getting closer, paralyzing Mina’s every nerve at every inch she moves forward.

“Yeah. I want to show you something really cool.”

“It’s not a hotel room right?” The mischievous Mina was back…

“Damn… you caught me” Chaeyoung mockingly cursed, making Mina laugh some more. “So, you still want to go?”

And Mina realizes, hotel room or not she’s willing to go anywhere with Chaeyoung.

“Yeah sure…”

“TZU!”

Tzuyu rips the earphones off her and glares at her bestfriend.

“Hey…TZU… Can you do a favor for me?”

Tzuyu raises her brow “What’s in it for me?”

“Can you just do it because you’re my bestfriend?”

Tzuyu didn’t even have to think about it. “Nope.”

“Fine… fine…” Chaeyoung just sighs in defeat, she doesn’t have the time or energy to argue with Tzuyu. “Can you take care of stuff for today? I just have to take care of some things.”

“Like what things?”

“Well… ummm…” Chaeyoung scratches her hair. “I’m taking Mina out”

Tzuyu raises her brow even higher. “Wow… I know you’re an addict man, but leave for work early so you could boink? Not cool…”

“No you byun!” Chaeyoung is ready to pull her hair out, why can’t just Tzuyu just nods and say yes? “I want to take her somewhere”

“Where?”

“Just say yes, please…”

“Fine…”
Tzuyu hmmps…

“THANKS TZUYU!!!”

Tzuyu should really be more piss to be left out of the secret, but when she sees Chaeyoung skipping happily. She just sighs in defeat, for once Chaeyoung was happy.

“TADA!!!”

Mina didn’t knew why Chaeyoung was beaming with pride after taking her to an abandoned warehouse.

“You know this place, Mina…”

“An abandoned warehouse?”

“Yup. I bought it. In a few months, this place is going to be my new restaurant.”

The proud smile in Chaeyoung’s face was infectious and Mina couldn’t help but smile along.

“You’re finally doing it.”

“Yes. That’s why I have been busy for the couple of weeks, I want to get this all done before I can show you. I want you to be the first customer.”

Chaeyoung leads Mina to the lone table in the middle… expertly lighting up the candle and pouring wine in Mina’s wine glass.

“So, what kind of restaurant will it be?”

“Well, it’s gonna be like a little bistro, nothing to fancy but still classy, but somewhere were two people could feel comfortable… I want this place to be more than just a restaurant, I want people to make memories here.”

She smiles at Mina.

“I want the customers to remember this place, like that’s where we had our first date, that’s where we first fell in love.”

“Awww Chaeng, didn’t knew you were such a romantic.”

Chaeyoung stares back into those doe eyes. “I didn’t know too…”

Chaeyoung finally stilled her heart to beat into normal, she tells Mina to wait as she runs to the back, then walking back to their table with a tray.

“TADA!!!”

Chaeyoung says proudly as she opens the dishes. And Mina’s eyes lights up in wonder, there in front of her was local delicacies that she never really gets a chance to dig into, since most of the time, she have been busy traveling.

“Mmmmm… Chaeng, this is awesome…” Mina’s eyes gleams as she took a bite of the meal that Chaeyoung made.

“Keke…”

“You’re restaurant is going to be a hit, I could tell you that. What are you going to name your restaurant?”

“Chaeyoung’s”

Mina almost spit out her food as she laughs.

“Chaeyoung’s?”

Chaeyoung frowns at Mina’s reaction. “What’s wrong with Chaeyoung’s?”

“So, people are going to say that they fell in love at Chaeyoung’s”

“Yup…”

“That could work.”

They sat in silence for a while just sharing a couple of glances and laughs when they catch each other’s look.

“You know after eating dinner, they could spend the night just talking or…”

Chaeyoung pulls out a little remote control from her pocket and clicks it… Mina just laughs as music starts playing.

“Or they could spend their night dancing…”

Chaeyoung offers her hand out.

“May I?”

Mina nods and takes Chaeyoung’s hand. Chaeyoung places Mina’s hands on her shoulder before both sharing a sweet smile. Chaeyoung presses their foreheads together, letting the melodies be the judge to their every move. And every note does nothing but pull them closer, until Mina have laid her head perfectly on Chaeyoung’s shoulders.

“I didn’t knew you can dance like this, Chaeng… I thought all you know is bump and grind.”

Chaeyoung whispers huskily. “We can save that later tonight…”

Mina punches the byun again…

“Ummm…”

“Ummm…”

Both girls chuckle as they caught themselves talking at the same time.

“You first”

“Ummm” Mina have forgotten what she was about to say, pulling Chaeyoung even closer. She tried to decipher the right things to say, but when she realizes that no words would ever amount to what she feels for Chaeyoung right now. She tells Chaeyoung the best way she knows how…

And Chaeyoung was surprise as Mina suddenly presses her lips on hers, Mina have did it so gently that Chaeyoung it left Chaeyoung craving for more. And it was Chaeyoung who the bottom of Mina’s lips, silently begging the girl for a chance to savor her and Mina didn’t hesitate for a second. Not a second longer, and both their tongues lost the purpose of speaking, expressing their emotions better with every nibble, every touch and every kiss.

A kiss that spoke nothing more but I love you...

Chaeyoung tries hard not to move a single muscle as Mina have fell asleep on her shoulder as they were watching a movie.

“Geez… must be that wide forehead that’s carrying all this weight.”

Chaeyoung glances and brushes the hair blocking her view of Mina’s face. And now Chaeyoung perfectly knew why people have said the effect of Mina in three seconds… Cause here she was falling, and there was nothing that she would want to do more but kiss her.

And as she was inches from Mina’s lips, Mina opens one eye mischievously.

“I see what you did there, Son.”

Chaeyoung quickly bolted upright in her seat.

“I didn’t do anything….” Chaeyoung lies, beads of sweat starting to drip as she just got caught. “I was just checking to see if you’re asleep. Yeah… that’s all I wanted to do…”

“Oh really?” Mina scoffs, she knew better than to believe whatever Son was saying. “So, if I was asleep what were you going to do?”

“I would ummm… TICKLE YOU!!!!”

And Chaeyoung had waged a serious tickle fight and Mina getting caught in surprise was pinned underneath Chaeyoung, Screaming to Chaeyoung to stop, only to be ignored.

“Unnie?”

Chaeyoung finally stops when she heard Ryu’s stern voice. And could you really blame Ryu?

Mina slaps Chaeyoung’s arm. “Told you to stop…”

“Fine… I will…”

Mina pushes herself off the couch. “Your unnie is mean, Ryu…”

“Ummm yeah… Mina can you help me to get dinner ready?”

“Yeah sure…”

Chaeyoung was getting to the point where she was bolder with Mina, holding on to Mina’s hand playfully, only to get hit again by Mina.

Ryujin waited until she and Mina were in the kitchen to finally speak up.

“Ummm… you and unnie are not together, right?”

Mina wished Ryujin didn’t catch her surprised reaction, before she could change.

“No… were not.” And that was the truth, she and Chaeyoung no matter how intimate they were have never officially decided about their “Relationship” yet.

“Well… ok” Ryujin didn’t sound convinced. “I love unnie but you need to know Mina, she’s never going to take anything seriously.”

“I’m not… so just chill, ok?” Mina was getting infuriated.

But Ryu presses on. “I know how charming unnie can get… but love isn’t just about feelings, Mina.”

“Who says anything about love?” Mina finally starts to lash out… “I’m not in love with Chaeyoung…”

“Yeah Ryu…”

Mina froze at the husky voice that has joined in the conversation.

“Unnie?” Ryu was caught in surprise at the coldness of Chaeyoung’s voice. She recognizes every tone in Chaeyoung’s voice, whether she’s pissed, happy, lonely or even annoyed. But this voice was different, it was as if her unnie was hurting.

“You have nothing to be scared about, Ryu… Cause I have no feelings for Mina…”

And if Chaeyoung’s intention was to hurt, then she did a job well done. Because Mina have never hurt as much until her heart broke in Chaeyoung’s words.

Chaeyoung drowns herself in more alcohol to stop the buzzing noise in Tzuyu’s voice.

“Louder Tzuyu, don’t think anyone have heard you.” Chaeyoung responds sarcastically.

“WHHHHHHHAAAAAATTTTT????”

“God damn it, tzu… Can’t you tell I’m being sarcastic?”

“Oh you were? But truth is, man… you’re just giving up like that?”

“I havent tried yet so I never failed. Son Chaeyoung have never been dumped.”

“But dude, you love her…”

“But she doesn’t so what’s the point?”

“Chaeng… you fight buddy, by quitting you’re just proving to Mina that yup, Ryu was right… Chaeyoung is nothing more but a player who wants in on people’s … You got to prove to Mina, that I changed because I want to be the perfect one for you. Oh and speaking of perfect…”

Tzuyu her eyebrows at the brunette who just steps into the bar…

“Gotta go… think about what I said, Chaeng, think about it…”

Unfortunately Sana’s legs were no match to Tzuyu’s long ones that she was able to catch Sana with a handcuff.

“WHAT THE HELL, TZUYU?!”

“YOU’RE UNDER ARREST!”

“What?!”

“You’re under arrest for stealing my heart.”

Tzuyu starts to drag Sana out while Sana reaches out to Chaeyoung, only to be ignored once again.

Mina have forced herself to go to sleep, but no matter what side of bed she lays on, or how many sheeps she counted. Chaeyoung’s words have worked better for her than any caffeine drink. And at 5 am, she just found herself at the Son’s kitchen, whipping out breakfast and a special oatmeal for Chaeyoung.

“Mina?”

Ryu rubs her eyes sleepily as she sees Mina whipping something in the kitchen at 5 am.

“You’re up early.”

“Ummm… I can’t sleep.” Mina puts the bowl down, realizing how ridiculous she was acting. “So, I just decided to make breakfast.”

“Ok, I could help you… What’s that?” Ryujin stares at the unpleasant looking glob inside the pot.

“Ummm oatmeal.”

“Oh… sorry…keke… we hardly cook any oatmeal…”

“Really?”

“Yeah unnie doesn’t like it.”

“Wait… Chaeyoung doesn’t like it?” But just a few days ago, Chaeyoung have almost the bowl of oatmeal that she made. “I didn’t know that.”

“She couldn’t stand it, says it taste like cardboard…keke… Why?”

“Nothing… I’m just surprised, that’s all.”

“Oh ummm… Mina, are you going to be busy tonight?”

“No… I don’t think so… Why?” Mina would rather choose to lay in bed, but maybe she needs the distraction anyway.

“I was wondering if you want to hangout somewhere tonight with me.” Ryujin asks shyly.

“Well… ummm… I guess…”

“Really?” Ryujin’s eyes starts glowing, maybe finally this was her chance.

“Yeah…” Mina agrees, she couldn’t break Ryujin’s heart, especially now that she knew how painful it could be.

“And you’re just letting it go, that’s it?”

“So?” Chaeyoung dismissed Tzuyu’s verbal attacks “Let the two of them be happy…”

“Mina is not going to be happy with Ryu… it’s you who she wants to be with. I can’t stand you, you wussy!!!”

Tzuyu drags Chaeyoung out of her bed and almost hurled her to the shower.

“TZUYU!!! What are you doing you idiot?!”

“If you won’t do anything about it, then I will. It’s time for Tzuyu to fix this. Now take a shower, we have a girl to win.”

Mina claps happily after Ryujin sings, Mina have never went out to a karaoke date before and though it was her first time, she have to admit it was fun and Ryujin had a great voice.

“So, Mina.. it’s your turn.”

“No…” Mina waves her hand “I don’t sing…”

“But I do…”

“Tzuyu unnie?!”

Ryujin gasps as the cat drag in, not only Tzuyu but Chaeyoung and a hesitant Sana.

“What are you guys doing here?”

“Well… we heard you guys are doing karaoke so here we are. Joining you…”

“But’s it’s really ummm…” But before Ryujin could answer, Tzuyu have shove the girl out of the front.

“This song is for you, sana…”

“Oh God… Chaeng, when you said we were going out, I didn’t knew that she would be here!”

“She told me to text you…”

I got the move like Sana, I got the move like Sana… I got the moooooovvvve like Sana

Sana shrinks in the corner at Tzuyu’s embarrassment.

“SHUT UP TZUYU!!”

“Oh me Shut up?!” Tzuyu raises her brow at Chaeyoung… “At least I have no problems telling Sana my pent up emotions for her, some other people I know… even if it’s totally obvious how crazy she is about this person, can’t even say it…”

“Pffft… And they say that if you love someone, I love you should be the easiest words to say… You are a nothing but a coward, Son!”

But Tzuyu forgot that there were two Sons in that room, and both Sons felt the same thing over the same girl.

“Oh… this is my jam!!!”

Tzuyu gets ready for more karaoke… “This song is for you, Minatozaki Sana…” Tzuyu clears , swaying along with the melodic beats of the song…

Tzuyu should have been in jail for murdering the song, but in a way, Chaeyoung and Mina ignored every tone coming out of Tzuyu, all they needed to do was stare at each other from across the room.

Unfortunately for the two, Ryujin have been battling all night for her feelings, inches away from Mina. She have been dying to confess to Mina, although she admits that she’s scared, she’s very scared. But she needed to try for her sake and her heart’s…

And the moment, Chaeyoung saw Ryujin’s hand intertwining with Mina’s she died a little bit inside. But what’s worse was seeing that Mina wasn’t letting go, that was what killed her the most…

Mina could see how much she was hurting Chaeyoung, but she just couldn’t let go. Mina could dismiss suitors without a care in the world, but this is different. This wasn’t just some random stranger trying to hook up. This was Ryujin, this was her bestfriend. And she just couldn’t hurt her bestfriend, not like this.

“CHAENG????!!!!”

Tzuyu stops singing as she watches Chaeyoung gets up and storms out of the room… Leaving all four girls staring back in wonder.

“See what you did Tzu!” Sana screeches out. “You sang so bad, even your bestfriend can’t take it!!!”

Chaeyoung turns and catches Mina chasing after her.

“What’s wrong with you?”

Chaeyoung have enough of faking to be just friends, when she know that both of them wanted each other.

“Let’s go out, Mina”

“I prefer staying in…”

“No, Mina I’m serious… Let’s try…”

“I’am too Chaeng. God! Why are you doing this? I thought what we have here is fine, why do you need to make it complicated?” Mina snaps back, angry yet scared at the same time.

“What made you think that? is it because of what Ryu said?”

“It’s not just what Ryu said, it’s what I know about you. You’re a player and I am too… But… ”

“Enough… enough Mina, stop thinking about the past, yeah fine, call me a player. But somewhere along the way, Mina, you made me fall for you.”

“Ummm… I think I should go” Mina turned away, refusing to face Chaeyoung.

But Chaeyoung refused to, for once she’s holding on. her hand gripping on Mina’s arm.

“Why are you not giving us a chance?”

“Why would I? We fukced at a club restroom the first night we met. What kind of idiot are you to think that this might work?”

“I don’t know but don’t I deserve a shot? I mean… you didn’t let me prove myself to you yet.”

“You prove it to me, Chaeyoung… Everytime you’re with Sana unnie, everytime you flirt with other girls, you prove to me that I’m not enough to stay, that you need some others to fulfill whatever needs you have.”

“Yes I did that! But that was before but now I can’t even…” Chaeyoung have never felt like this in her life, desperately holding on to something that probably don’t want to be held at the first place.

“I can’t even walk one step without thinking of you. And I’m sorry if I acted like a jerk back there, but What do you expect me to do, Mina? Just laugh and pretend everything is cool when you’re holding my sister’s hand?”

“You really don’t have any right to react.”

“And that’s what makes it worse!!! Here I’am so damn in love with you and I can’t do anything about it.”

But before Mina could answer back, Chaeyoung have already press their bodies together, wrapped her arms around Mina in an embrace that felt more intimate that anything that they have ever did. Chaeyoung presses their foreheads, finding her strength in Mina’s embrace as she finds herself continuously falling.

“People say that it takes three seconds to fall in love with you… But I guess I’m not like most people, because here I’am Mina… still falling…”

And when Chaeyoung lays her lips on Mina’s forehead, Mina felt the rapid beatings of her heart just suddenly went halt. And here she was too as guilty as Chaeyoung, here she is continuously falling.

“Give me a chance to prove it to you, Mina… That’s all I ask…”

“Ryujin?”

Mina move a bit from Chaeyoung’s hug and wished she that she didn’t have to see the pained look on Ryu’s eyes. Mina was about to step away, but Chaeyoung holds on to Mina.

“No… be with me…” Chaeyoung whispers.

Ryujin steps closer and it only made Chaeyoung’s hold on Mina much tighter.

“No Mina… it should be me. I should be with you.”

“I ahhhh… Mina turned to the girl in her embrace before she turned to Ryujin staring back at her, anticipating for Mina to pick the right one. The one who loves her.

“Who are you going to pick, Mina?” Ryujin asks.

And Mina wished she knew who to pick. She looks at Ryujin. The girl who she’s reassured will never hurt her, then back at Chaeyoung, the girl she have fallen for yet she’s afraid could only break her heart.

And Mina didn’t know that it would came to this and she was left struggling to find the answer to her question.
