It’s a little funny how Seungyoun is just as lazy as Jimin, it’s a few days only for Seungyoun debut in
X1, and tonight Seungyoun planning to do a movie night on M.O.L.A studios, but since no one else coming beside Jimin, they decide to do a movie night on Jimin’s apartment instead. And right now Seungyoun has his head on Jimin lap as he’s facing the TV.

“Your cat’s fat tail is blocking the TV. Can you tell him to move?” Seungyoun snaps.

“Move. Coco’s, move,” Jimin say lethargically with a little wave of her hand. Jimin oversized black cat simply gives a little twirl and sits right in the middle of the television screen like it’s his throne, and she and Seungyoun are just his peasants.

“Yeah, that’s so convincing.” Seungyoun rolls over onto his back and stares up at her. “Hey, you have a double chin.”

“Shut up. Why are you staring at my double chin?”

He narrows his eyes. “Because your cat is blocking Jeremy Renner. Actually, I think it may be a triple chin,” he mentions, a hand reaching up, and touching the soft skin.

Jimin quickly swat his hand away. “You’ll never get with anyone if you mention double and triple chins,” she claim indignantly. Jimin playing with the drawstring of his hoodie, letting the string twist around Jimin finger before allowing it to unfurl like a piece of ribbon.

“If all goes wrong, I have you,” Seungyoun states calmly.

This is reminding Jimin of this one film where two friends vow to get married by thirty if they were both still single, such déjà vu. But this is reality, not a scripted film or some scene straight out of a book. “Do you really have me?” she question him.

“For now, I do. Can’t say the same about the future though.” A discreet frown graces his features. Seungyoun doesn’t like discussing the future because it’s so ambiguous, so up in the air. “I can’t believe a time just flew by,” he announces.

Again, think carpe diem, Jimin remind herself.

“Whatever happens, we’re still going to be friends, right?” It feels like it’s more like a question towards herself than towards him like Jimin asking for reassurance on her side of the equation. Seungyoun is going to be super famous idol Seungyoun in a few days, and Jimin not quite sure how she going to deal with that transition. Like, who she could to fight with right now, or who she could to do a random midnight eating with? Most importantly, who could be the one that come at her anytime she need someone?

“No, we’re going to be enemies,” he jokes on a more lighthearted note. Seungyoun doesn’t want to talk about future right now, not when he has his head comfortably on Jimin lap like he’s meant to be there the entire time.

“Enemies to lovers?” Jimin add slyly. “Oooo, I didn’t know you were that type of guy, Cho Seungyoun.”

Seungyoun sighs and stares up at her. “Why did I choose to do this movie night with you? I could have chosen Nathan or someone else.” He says that an awful lot, but in all honesty, Nathan’s too high maintenance about his sleep, rest, works, etc. and other M.O.L.A members are busy with their own schedules, except Hoho who goes to the military service. It drives Seungyoun insane. Because this maybe the last time he could do movie night with M.O.L.A, cause in a weeks he debuted in X1, and he knows that mean he doesn’t have a time anymore since people all know of how strict MNET is.

Jimin laugh, laying her palm flat on his chest. “Because I’m funny, charming, sweet, kind, and can make one cookie recipe,” she tell him.

“Funny? You don’t see me going around dating clowns,” he teases, earning him a hard smack on the chest. Seungyoun grunts and sits up from his position on Jimin lap. “What? Am I wrong? Also, those cookies… better learn how to turn on the stove first, you fool.”

“I am not a fool! I can make an amazing ramen and fruit salad if I wanted to,” Jimin defend. She could make the best damn ramen in the entire world if she wanted to, with an egg and seaweed and everything. “And this coming from you? You can only make pancakes and eggs.”

“That’s breakfast right there. I could make you breakfast in bed if I wanted to,” Seungyoun notes. As if he’s challenging Jimin, he begins to lean closer.

Seungyoun’s really good at debates, and Jimin find her mind drawing a blank because breakfast in bed is completely better than ramen with a side of fruit salad. Plus, it’s kinda romantic too. However, right as Jimin about to reply with some sarcastic, savage comment about the downsides of having breakfast in bed, she notice him inching closer. Jimin heart rate escalates to the point where she hear it pounding noisily in her ears, louder than Jimin cat’s claws on the polished floors, louder than Jeremy Renner escaping an explosion in the background. Soon after, Jimin begin to lean forward as well.

“Do you like me, Cho Seungyoun?” Jimin decide to ask him one final time.

“I like you. No, I love you” His eyes hold hers, and she feel a flutter that starts in the pit of her stomach and spreads its way through her entire body like wildfire. Seungyoun says it without a trace of a stutter, that’s how Jimin know that it’s real. The feeling he has for her is real. Truth is Jimin have this soft spot for seungyoun, also many times Nathan and Vernon has told Jamie that seungyoun has ‘something’ for her, but she doesn’t believe it cause she thought that they maybe just joking, since we all know how playful they are, especially Seungyoun.

“Do you love me Park Jimin?” Seungyoun says as he cups Jimin cheeks, closening the gap.

“I-I Love you” she says nervously as she looks Seungyoun in the eye. Seungyoun couldn’t hold his self anymore after he looks at Jimin cute sincere eyes.

It’s so sudden, and it makes her frozen for a second, Jimin brain cell struggling to process between reality or if she just in one of her wildest dreams. She kissed Seungyoun. It’s one of those Kdrama kisses, soft and sweet, yet passionate and it leaves her giddy with excitement. She close her eyes and begin to respond to the kiss, his lips are warm and taste vaguely of the ice Americano he had earlier.

The world falls away in a trance when Seungyoun hand moves to rest below Jimin ear, deepening the kiss. His thumb caressing Jimin cheek as her breaths mingle. There’s a wave of warmth that engulfs her like an embrace.

Seungyoun leaves her parted lips with a heavy breath, gazing into her round cute eyes. His cheeks are tinged pink, and he cracks a smile, shy but captivating. And Jimin couldn’t help but smiling too, her cute flushed cheeks are tempting Seungyoun to kiss it.

Then in the middle of the romantic situations, seungyoun phone dinged with notification from nathan that says "yo, how's it goin? Jimin must've accepts u right?"

Jimin eye goes wide when she read that.

“You planned this, didn’t you? Since when?” she ask breathlessly. her cheeks burning with the ghost feeling of his lips on hers.

“Since I set foot in this apartment and Nathan was kind enough to let me have you for myself tonight even when he have to work on a song that you two working on” he grins.

Seungyoun wrap his arms around Jimin’s shoulders, his head resting on the crook of her neck. “Poor Nathan, we should thank him later” Jimin chuckled. “So, what are we now?” She asked

“Aren’t its obvious, girlfriend?” Seungyoun says as he peck Jimin cheeks.

Then Seungyoun nestles his face on Jimin’s hair, inhaling her sweet floral hair scents. And they continue their movie night. While cuddling. But not as a friend anymore. They're in a whole another level of their relationship.
