They Don't Know About Us
Description
Hi! Hello there. It has been quite a while (years actually) since I last wrote a story on AsianFanFics. For this story, I might integrate some reality as in, things that really did happen such as real shows, real time kind of stuff and true stories from either the male or female lead or even both.
For example, I have a bit of info about the female lead's life and family from what she had told media outlets and during reality shows, and I feel like she is such a kind person. She deserves more credit as she is a good singer and dancer, works hard, very talented as she did make a few aegyo songs that went viral, a very good sport all in all, always smiling, etc. Therefore, I decided to make her the main lead to my story. I feel like she is so inpiring but very underrated and she sounds like the perfect hardworking, kind, always bright and positive korean female lead who is also a good daughter that likes to help her family. I apologize for my lengthy ramble but I just feel like I need to explain the source of my inspiration for this story (for some reason).
Now, the story will switch back and forth between the past and future, yadda yadda ya- I just want to put it out there that some things may be facts while some things may not be entirely true or 'align' with our reality as in- I am too lazy to do full on research about both idols and their details of their whereabouts and whatnots so please please please, if you are willing to read the story, bear with it if some information or events are untrue to real life because this is still a 'fiction' after all.
Anyways, if you have read the rant (I doubt you did) then please read the foreword below. I am far from being a good writer but I love to write so please be kind.

Foreword
14th of December, 2018 [MAMA in Hong Kong]
On Stage
"Standby."
The girl was staring off into space when her member nudged her arm from the side. She finally snapped out of her daze to focus on what were in front of her, the crowd and the stage, ignoring the fact that in the middle of where all of the idols sat, he was there, waiting for her performance.
She glanced down at the table set in front of her and straightened her back, fighting off the nerves that made her skin tingle with fright. For the entire performance, the girl's moves were shaky but luckily for her, the camera was way too busy trying to get the other girls in the frame. Even as she tried to stand tall and dance flawlessly on the table, she couldn't help chanting in her head, "Don't fall."
She didn't want to make a fool of herself, especially with him watching.
Off Stage
Everyone was tired, definitely. They hardly had any energy to cheer on the remaining acts but tried their hardest to look like they were enjoying the show. Some truly did, while one did not look forward to it the moment he knew that she would be performing on stage.
He didn't feel discomfort but more of a mixture of feelings that he tried very hard to not show due to the fact that he was in public with cameras and fans watching his every move. He worked hard to get to where he is now and he didn't want a small reaction to her to ruin it.
No one would have been able to guess what was in his head, not even his own members.
Both were once important to each other but reality and dreams kept them apart.
Years passed and while one is a world-known superstar, the other is getting fair recognition from their country. They managed to maintain a good distance from each other despite having the same schedules for music shows at times, until one night where a revelation by someone from their past, was made at the wrong time and place. Or was it the right time and place?
Would he be able to piece back the heart he shattered?
Would she be able to fill back the empty gap she left?
Is it too late to undo their doings?
No one knew their story.
Because no matter how beautiful their story was and would be, their world would be destroyed the moment it is told.
It is a story that only they knew and it is better kept that way.
