Ch. 52
SinnersI stood against one of the large square marble pillars, my eyes trained to the chairs in the middle of the huge hotel lobby. I would have to thank Jimin for picking out what I was wearing, if I would have gone with my first choice, it would have been all black like I had worn to pay Hanbin a visit, which would have been a very very bad idea, seeing as this place was freaking ridiculously expensive, everything was made from either marble or some kind of gold, I didn't even want to know just how much it would cost for just a night.
I sunk closer to the pillar as I saw someone sit down, I squinted my eyes trying to get a glimpse of his face but he sat straight, and looking forward with his back to me. I cursed under my breath. If I wanted to figure out who it was I would have to at least walk by him. Making sure the long black haired wig was secure, I took a deep breath, slowly letting it out. "All you have to do is walk by, you don't have to say anything, it's not like he would even know who I am." I said quietly to myself. Smoothing out my dress, I began walking in his direction, slightly turning my head as I passed, my eyes focusing on his face, my eyes grew wide an I practically ran in the direction I came.
Pressing myself once again, against the cold marble, looking back toward the man sitting in the chair, my mind reeled. There's no way. There must be an explanation, some kind of misunderstanding.I-It couldn't be him.. "So.. You really are here." I nearly jumped out of my skin and jerked my head in the direction of the voice I had grown to despise lately.
"M-Minhyun. What are you doing here?" I asked. My heart pounding against my ribcage.
His cocky smile spread across his face. "I could ask you the very same thing." He walked over to me, taking his hands from his pockets, using one to lean against the marble pillar, just above my head, his face inches from mine. "But on the other hand. I can pretty much guess. A little birdie told me." He whispered the last part.
My blood ran cold as I stared up at him. "I think it's time for me to go." I said, pushing him away from me and quickly walking toward the entrance of the hotel. I needed to get out of here, I needed to call Jungkook, or or Taehyung..
Minhyun grabbed my arm, pulling me back to him, his lips brushing the shell of my ear. "No, no I don't think it is, I think maybe we should talk." He forcefully wrapped his arm around my neck, keeping me close to him as he guided me out the door and toward the alleyway beside the hotel.
He pushed me against the brick wall behind the large green dumpster, the back of my head smacking the wall behind me, spots filled my vision an I groaned, instinctively reaching behind me, my fingers rubbing the sore spot. "Now we're alone. Let's get rid of that." He pulled the wig from my head, my golden brown hair falling past my shoulders. "That's better." His fingers grabbed my chin between his two fingers, much like he did when Jungkook had interrupted. "What do you think you saw in there?" He aske
