Foreword
Soul marks are not as simple as it might sound.
First of all, not everybody gets soul marks as it is a recessive genetic mutation that only a few lucky individual possess.
Second, it can only occur when you hit 17 years old. By then, you will have a year to figure out if you have a soul mark, if your soulmate is close to you and if you have a soulmate at all.
Third, there are no side effects or symptoms of a soul mark. You cannot feel it happening, you won't even know it's happening unless somebody points it out to you.
And lastly, it's a bunch of baloney.
Son Chaeyoung is a 16 year old soccer prodigy who is trying to get a soccer scholarship at Seoul National University and distractions are to be avoided at all costs.
Kim Dahyun is a hopeless romantic who just turned 17. She follows the story of soul marks religiously and is determined to meet her soulmate and live happily ever after.
